Very poor support and feedback

Wish I had seen the above review before wasting my time with this company. Same exact experience. I sent my sample back on 2/2, they supposedly received it on 2/6. Heard nothing. Finally sent an email and was told that the sample was shipped to the lab on 2/28 (!) and would take 1-2 weeks. Been a month - no feedback. Asked for my money back. Wouldn't use again.

Good test, mediocre execution

This is the only company I could find that offers GrimAge test, which in my understanding is the best and latest test for biological age. They also claim to be connected to dr. Horvath who developed the test in the first place. The test is a kit for collecting a small blood sample at home. While it's gentle and barely breaks your skin, it's not very effective, and getting enough blood for the sample can be an issue.

My main issue with the firm, is the logistics. It took quite a while to receive the testing kit, and initially we received a tracking code for the wrong delivery firm. Also, after we returned the sample, the process of receiving our report was quite extended. We almost believed the sample had got lost, or we'd been scammed. The firm apologised for the issues, though and we were offered a free follow-up test (not an insignificant compensation). Will we keep using them? Undecided.
