Having used the ‘contact us’ form several times to sign up for a course, I have never received a reply, inspite of the claim to respond within 24hours.
Am convinced this is some kind of scam, what exactly, am not sure, as they’ve never got back to me for card details or anything!!
Is a great platform for training, I’ve learnt so much and I’ve also been informed there is over 2,000 videos to view.
How exciting
I’ve recently used myAko for my company training and I’ve been impressed by not just the quality of their training but also the support provided via the chat service. It was really easy to set up and the compliance reports are really useful.
myAko has a great interface and a big variety of courses available. I particularly like the app feature for my staff team to utilise. The system is packed with features such as real time reporting, dyslexia tool, broadcasting messages, news, and library where you can upload documents, policies, audio, videos and you can even brand your own LMS! I have been using myAko for three years now and the team is great to work with. Very helpful and put the customer at the heart of what they do. Thank you myAko!
