Wow my partner and i visited the shop today omg ali was amazing friendly, so helpful and not pushy we had a great laugh cant wait to pop back and see her at Christmas , loved her character and knowledge 🙏😊

I went to the Andover store and was greeted warmly by Ali.
Unsure of what I was looking for Ali was extremely helpful explaining what the toys were good for. She did this in such a dignified way with sensitivity and no embarrassment. I found my toy. Thank you Ali

This was my first time I’ve ever went into a shop like this but I was treated extremely well, they were very open and I didn’t feel embarrassed at all! I’ll be going again to the Andover store

After visiting the Salisbury shop, I could not find the product I wanted in my size. The manageress was very apologetic and although not able to order through her distribution network in a timely fashion, helped me order a suitably sized item online and have it delivered to the shop so I could collect it. This was really helpful as I didn't want the package arriving at home which could have posed difficult questions if one of my family had opened it by mistake. Thankyou very much.

I chose to click and collect the product and it was a bit unclear if the order was ready or not. Also, I tried to call a few times but no answer and when I went to the shop the door was closed even though it was saying it's open.
Apart from that, the product is great and when I did get a response from the shop, the lady there was nice.

In the middle of lockdown and My Amazing Fantasy still offer totally amazing service. Product of exceptional quality and style, delivered next day, discreetly packaged and just perfect !
