Scammers. Avoid them.
I only gave them one star because you can’t give zero stars.
Beware of this company, they advertise on social media. The quality of their products is completely misrepresented on their site and their customer service is virtually non existent.
I ordered a “Nordic”, wood-handled coffee mug, which looked great in the photos, but when it was delivered it was broken and about a quarter of the size i expected from the ads.
I requested a refund (about a month ago) and when they replied they said they’d process one but nothing has happened since and every time i contact them I get an email back asking for my patience and that the refund is being processed and is pending approval. Same script every time,
At the point I’m pretty sure i’ve been scammed.
