Prompt arrival and great service. The battery I ordered was not the right one for the car, but thankfully the fitter was prepared with the correct battery on his vehicle. So no need to wait for a replacement. Will definitely recommend and use again.

Excellent service as always.
Have used these guys 3 times to come out to 3 different vehicles within the past few months. It’s a great service and a good price considering they come out and fit a new battery for you, definitely a lot less hassle than DIY or taking it to a garage.

I honestly couldn't thank Auto hero enough! I needed my windscreen wipers changed quickly, as my car was due in for an MOT that week. I rang Auto Hero at 3.30pm and by 4.30pm they were at my house sorting out the battery on my car. What a fantastic service they provide. The young man that came fully tested my old battery and it showed hardly any life left in it. Within about 20 mins i had a new battery fitted and he even took the old one away. He was polite and very thorough. Highly recommend this company and really great price. Thanks for saving the day.

Second time using Auto Hero, thought we needed a recharge. Fitted us in ASAP same day, and found the issue to be something else and was replaced under warranty from first visit. Completely transparent and honest, back on the road in 20 minutes. Can’t recommend them enough!
