Another scam!

After I filled out this application, which said multiple places that only a soft credit check would be pulled, I noticed an unauthorized hard credit check on my credit report.

Turns out that this company collects your information and gives it to other dealers, financiers who can pull hard credit checks on you.

Don't waste your time with this company.

The process should have been simple, but not all of the information was given up front and it was delayed significantly enough that I had to apply for an extension. I worked with two separate people, and while one was professional and friendly the other one was completely unresponsive and rude. This team of two also caused confusion as I did not know whether my materials were received, why they needed redundant materials constantly and how they were so slow.

This is a total scam company. After completing their application, getting approved, a hard credit check and getting a loan offer, they sent an email to call them to revview and complete the loan documents. When I did so they began by asking me to give permission to run a credit check , which they already had done, hence the loan offer. I questioned them on this and then their tune changed and they stated that because I'm in California they couldn't honor the loan offer! I have never defaulted on a loan, never had a late payment on any loan, and have an excellent credit score. This company doesn't know the first thing about good customer service!
Don't just walk away from them--run! There are legitimate and professional lenders out there!

The process was very easy and the representative was very helpful, he responded to all of my questions and
reply quickly ( call / text or email ) when I needed to have information or I had any questions.

I had a very good experience with my new auto loan ! Fast process. Good rate. Old loan was funded very quickly. I would recommend for a friend that needs to refinance!

First I get a spam call - left no voicemail. Then immediately afterwards an email telling me that if I don't answer the phone it could negatively affect my "loan" - I call 800# - person who answers wants my DOB and last four of my social - After asking me why I am calling??? WTF?

Sells your information, dark marketing practices forcing you into unknown subscriptions for services that were explained as purely identity verification.
This is fraud and will be reported to the to the ftc.

Wasn’t aware I worked with this company for a loan.

Drug me through the whole process. Told me it would take a short time. Sent in stips. Now it’s been 3 days. Now it’s been 4 days. No explanation. No follow up they will respond that they tried to follow up. Westlake probably owns trustpilot. Just another huge company that treats you with no respect..

I got a hard inquiry on my credit report from a dealership I have never been before, this company sells your information. I am looking for a resolution!!!!!!

Process was easy and straight forward,associates were very helpful

They sent me emails after I unsubscribed (and I unsubscribed long before they sent me the email requesting a review).

UPDATE: The CEO contacted me (politely) and asked me to update it from a 1-star review, so I have done. It had been so long, I forgot I'd done the review.

Probably a misunderstanding on my part, but I'm not sure. I'm really good about hitting unsubscribe and not checking any boxes regarding sending me unsolicited emails.

I've updated the review, and I hope not to be contacted again.

It was an easier process than I anticipated. I'm grateful to save money on my car payment. Chad helped me make that happen.

I saved over 20k in interest when I switched over my old loan to the new auto loan. I couldn't be more happier!

It’s just easy. And now with auto pay I don’t even have to worry about it. 😊

I love working with credit unions. They’re the only ones that they give you as a real person. Banks do not. Thanks and we want your money and they’re never there when you need real help.
