Scam to get your information.
I tried using this website desperate to find a lender, filled out all the required info to get “offers”. Two days later i get an email saying I have offers available to me. I sign in and i get the “Unfortunately we were not able…” message. And what’s annoying about it is that this company keeps contacting me saying i have offers from lenders when I don’t. Try your local credit union myautoloan.com isn’t reliable at all.

Thanks for the review although its a 1 star. We reviewed your application results, we see that you were approved by 1 lender for the auto purchase you were trying to make. As for emails, the approved email was sent to you with in 30 seconds of you applying. We're not sure if you received it and missed it, or somehow it was delayed getting to your inbox. The emails you're continuing to receive are follow up email due to you not logging in to see the loan offer. Our CEO even call you as he does with 1 and 2 star review and left you a message to discuss your experience so that we can improve our site and messaging.
Once you’re approved, you’re forgotten
The start of the experience was great until I was approved, then the move forward experience from there was awful. Its already been more than 30days and I’ve already made my first payment to the new lender, and my old lender has been harassing and my credit is impacted because Auto Approve didn’t mail the payoff check. I called several times, text several times, emailed several times over the period of the month with no response. Awful experience!

We reviewed your application status and see you were approved by 5 lenders on the platform and that you selected Gravity Lending to refinance your existing auto loan. You and Gravity Lending closed the loan. Not really understanding your review as a 1 star stating "no proper lenders giving loans and poor customer service". We attempted to discuss this with you after you posted this review with out success. Are you sure your reviewing myAutoloan.com?

Scammed into enrolling into a credit monitoring service.
I did not receive any approval or denial but continuing the application led me to a credit monitoring service which I thought was still part of the application process. Only after I completed everything I realized that I was charge for a monthly reoccurring credit monitoring service. I had to then log back into the autoloan website to get my offers.

You were on a web page with advertisements from our partners. You clicked through and enrolled in their monitoring service. In the voice mail, we advised you that you can cancel that service. Please contact us at customer.service@myautoloan.com if you need help doing this.

For the desperate or ignorant borrower.
We entered our information and were solicited by a ton of companies looking to finance at ridiculously high interest rates. Can’t stop them from calling, texting, mailing and emailing even months after. Pretty frustrating.

We are trying to reach out to the customer and the lender to understand what exactly happened to help resolve the issue. Reviewing, ultimately it looks like the loan funded with the lender in question and the customer was able to buyout their lease. We provide information to 4 lenders, no one else. Two of these lenders offered a loan, customer accepted and used one of the loans. Talking to all 4 lenders today, none are continuing communications with the customer. Wondering if this customer applied with other sources as well. Our CEO has also tried reaching out to help us understand what is happening here.
