Without mitID not usable
I spent 15minutes to enter all data for a possible housing purchase, and at the very(!) last page they tell that theyre unable to continue without mitID. That means - 15 minutes wasted. Thanks, mybanker.

The my banker app is easy-to-use and it provides a simple way to connect to more banks. I have used it, because I wanted to connect to banks in regards to buying a house. The app allowed me to do that, and I could easily upload and share documents as well, without sending them individually to the banks.

I have provided with all requested information about my income, savings, spends and willing amount to borrow for an apartment for further rent (already with tenants) Also have shared all requested documents.
Within a day I have received 3 offers form different bank in Denmark which turned out to be not possible in several reasons:
1. Sparekassen danmark - My savings after all regular spends must be 7000 dkk. Really after all regular payment I still have to have 7000 dkk left per month?
2. Andelskassen- could not provide loan for the apartment with tenants ?!
3. FynskeBank - spend whole day to fin out what documents needed. Very not easy to get in touch on the phone. Rude customer service ( Vivi in Odense)
Finally got rejected without explanation
I have a hard time to understand why would bank give an offer they dont want to fulfil ?

Such a great idea to have banks fighting for a client. It's the easiest opportunity to compare bank offers and start negotiating the loans.

I tried contact each bank individually and it was difficult and complex.
But when using mybanker, I quickly got some offer and conversation with the bank is much clearer and faster.
It would be better to have option to review each banks after the case is done, for both chosen bank and cancelled bank. E.g. some banks cancelled the offer without explanation when they know you are non-EU.
