New frost been waiting very long time…
New frost been waiting very long time for this wig to come back into stock and as promised when it arrived back in stock they let me know straight away. Always get nervous opening a new wig as I don’t actually suit many . So I waited a few days before I opened it just in case it wasn’t the same. The batch is different and it is lighter the pink more subtle however am pleased to say for my own personal view I hope this never runs out of stock I love it more than the other one and I didn’t think it was possible. Thank you my confidence has boomed keep this one coming xx

From my first email to attending my appointment on Friday they have been so professional. Email responses were always prompt and clear. I have been following this company on Instagram after losing my hair during chemo. On Friday I met with Dawn who was so knowledgeable and put me at ease immediately. I was so impressed and left there feeling me again after purchasing my first wig. I took my daughter and friend and between us all the overall experience for me because I was quite worried I wouldn’t find anything was actually really fun. I love my wig and that’s thanks to your amazing team. Thanks to Dawn again who was fantastic

SATISFYING EXPERIENCE
Love the wig I chose which was a good price and arrived fairly quickly. The aspect of buying through MBWs that I appreciated, and was impressed with the most, was their brilliant Customer Service. I had a query and was amazed when phone was answered promptly by a knowledgeable and understanding lady. Will definitely be buying from them again.

Yet again brilliant service!! So easy and even although there was an issue with overpayment they refunded me so quickly and without hesitation. Honestly if you need to buy wigs, for whatever reason, you need to buy from here!!! I just wish I lived nearer!
