Fraud!!!!

Fraud - This fake company repeatedly charged my bank without my authorization. No goods or services were provided. Hit my bank account at least every two weeks in varying amounts. Dont know how they got access to my account. Had to close it. Huge hassle.

Total scam

Total scam! I have been charged 4 times now. I have now requested two months in a row to cancel and they still do not respond. Do not trust this place. I will be reporting them to the State attorney general if I don’t hear soon.

Scam

Scam. I had to cancel my card to stop their transactions.
The information in the app is almost identical to a style / fashion book which was available in 1980s, its just tweaked to todays labels etc

I do not trust this company

No. Just no. I do not want this service. It sounded like something good. However, I have not found any benefit in it. I did not receive verification of the subscription with login information. Therefore, it makes it difficult to cancel -- however, they have no problem charging my card. I have received NOTHING from this company and want to cancel so they can stop charging my card. I feel like I'm on a wild goose chase!

COMPLETE SCAM

COMPLETE SCAM, would not recommend to anyone. Just saw I was charged after I canceled immediately and now I will have to dispute with my credit card company. I’ve read the same exact SCAM reviews now from many others. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS COMPANY. I was thinking it looked fun and the boho styles they offered were cute, but definitely not worth the “appointments” with their stylists they offer that are booked up and then they pop up with more options to cost you more money.

NEVER NEVER NEVER. If I could give less than one star I would this is an absolute scam. I was going through their site answering questions when they asked for payment. I thought it was to receive information. Instead it was to take me into another page asking for more money. I contacted the company and asked for the refund of the initial payment as I was scammed into paying for something Without receiving a single item except another page asking for more money now they have taken more money out of my credit card. There is no way to contact them. The cancellation information is false.

SCAM!!! RIP-OFF!!! DO NOT SIGN UP OR EVEN LOOK!!!

I don’t even know what this company is! I don’t know who to contact to cancel the subscription because apparently it’s a scam!! Evertech Inc and My Beauty have charged me $29.99 3 times now! That’s right at $90. If anyone knows how I can get this canceled please let me know!

Totally a scam

Totally a scam. They call themselves: “My Beauty”:

when sighing up then, it goes across my credit card as: “EverTech Inc”
phone# (844) 701-1660
This is a bait and switch company and I have a dispute against them with my bank.

Don’t sign up… it’s a scam

I’ve had the same experience as the people before me. I tried to cancel this immediately because like the person before me, they just went to sign you up for more and more and more. It just gets more and more expensive with money that I don’t have $100 out of my checking account that I really need I have sent several emails to the customer service email provided in the response from before and had no response. I need all of my money refunded or I’m gonna go to the Better Business Bureau with this.

I responded to a $39 offer and was charged $99, and haven't heard from them since.

My complaint and point is this: The price of $99 for a six month subscription was scratched off and the special price of $39.99 was offered. I accepted the special and decided to give their service a try. I'm currently a Stitch Fix customer (love them!!) but thought to try a second service as well. When I went to pay the $39, I was charged the scratched off price of $99!! The $60 off price was not honored. And I never got anything else such as a receipt or welcome, so I wasn't even sure if the company was legitimate or not although I haven't yet filed a complaint with the Attorney General's Consumer Protection office. I was asking to get a refund of the $60 that I was cheated out of. I would not have joined if the charge was $99. I'm already happy with Stitch Fix but would have tried another for the special of $39.

I heard back from My Beauty Box after 2 weeks of waiting, only for them to say that I was the one the gave the credit card information and they asked if I could prove that I was offered the special price. Then she assured me that she canceled my service so that I wouldn't get charged again. That has been the only contact from them. I paid $99 last month, and ....... nothing. I didn't get a welcome email, details of when to expect clothing, nothing.

COMPLETE SCAM

COMPLETE SCAM. DO NOT TRUST THEM. DO NOT GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. I signed up for a trial then tried to cancel the subscription immediately because it became obvious that you need to pay more and more just to access the information I thought the subscription would cover. The company did not process the cancellation and continues to charge me. I've tried again to cancel and the app just says "something went wrong". I've emailed them but have no faith they'll refund me (I'll update this, if they do!). I've now had to contact my bank to block the charges.

DO NOT SIGN UP, AT ALL!

Update: their response below is just for show. I've emailed them and have had no substantive reply and definitely no refunds.
