My wife and I used Mark in April 2025 to help sell our apartment and he was fantastic from start to finish.

We were selling in a challenging market with lots of similar apartments and limited demand, and the process took longer than expected due to various queries with the management company. Throughout it all, Mark was absolutely amazing and his communication was outstanding – always available, always reassuring and always ready to help resolve any issues that came up.

He kept us at ease every step of the way and genuinely cared about getting the best outcome for us. Thanks to his dedication and persistence, we finally completed in December 2025.

We honestly couldn’t recommend Mark from Bespoke Estate Agents enough. After finding the house we loved, we actually did things backwards and only put our home on the market afterwards, but Mark made the whole process completely seamless. He listed our house on 29th September, and we’re now due to complete on 8th December. That is an incredibly fast turnaround.

Mark has been fantastic from start to finish. He answered every question (no matter how small), kept us updated constantly, and was always available when we needed him. He handled viewings brilliantly and accommodated absolutely everything we asked for.

The solicitors he recommended were also excellent, which helped keep the whole process moving quickly and smoothly.

Overall, it has been an amazing experience. Mark went above and beyond, and we genuinely don’t think we could have chosen a better agent.

We have been through a very stressful time. We bought a property that fell through in the last few weeks but Adam went above and beyond and found us a like for like house. He would often check In and kept the promises he made. He chasing the Solicitors to help keep everything in order and speed up the process. He’s very likeable, professional and efficient. What a refreshing change! Right from the word go Mark proved himself to be outstanding in his approach.
