Great mattress

A medium quality mattress.
Only one side of the mattress had a quilted finish the oposite side was a plain piece of cloth. This does not allow you to turn the mattress occasionally. The cloth side was very loose fitting. Medium quality.

The topper arrived and to my dismay I had made a mistake with the measurements. I contact the company and for a small fee they recut the topper which now fits perfectly. Fanastic topper and superb customer service.

The mattress was constructed exactly to my specifications. Correct size (lots of potential for error there) and correct support plus it arrived a few days earlier than expected which was a bonus.

Not quite as described, but no real complaints.
Not quite as described. But a very comfotable mattress never the less. The cool upper layer is not as soft as memory foam. It has taken a couple of weeks to get used to it. This is no complaint but an observation. We are getting a good nights sleep and far more comfort than the Swift caravan mattress supplied with the van. The upper layer is not overly hot compared to memory foam, but not as soft. A good compromise.

Perfect toppers, first class customer service
Ordered a couple of bespoke mattress toppers for our Basecamp 6 caravan. The online chat was incredibly helpful before we ordered and the communication and updates were excellent throughout the process. There were a couple of issues when we received the mattresses but these were dealt with immediately and impeccably by Angelo and resolved very quickly and perfectly. If the sign of a fantastic company is how they perform when things don't go as expected, then this company is beyond fantastic.
Used the toppers for the first time this weekend and they are perfect and incredibly comfortable. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!
