I think you products are the best But living in the uk I am unable to purchased them as you do not deliver to the uk

This is the second time I ordered. The first time, order never made it to them so I got a refund.

I decided to give another chance. Ordered and the sample never made it to them. They sent another package, it took over a month.they expressed to use UPS but it’s not so convenient by me and I was traveling and didn’t have time so sent it the old way— they got it over 1 month after and I got my results in ok time.

When I asked for an update, they said we specifically told you to use UPS.

If you recommend UPS then don’t have the other option.

I got the results and it’s alright — I bought the advanced version and it wasn’t so advanced. They recommend stuff but so minimal and basic.

Also on the main results page, they have two other windows where you can unlock more advanced info, which is bad UX design. Of course people want to know, it feels like manipulative design rather than care.

I won’t be using them again.

This review is for the European Company MyBioma, for their most excellent service of which I benefited in Germany. The service was impeccable overall: Sabrina's customer support was stellar, and they managed even some logistics issues very well. The quality and detail level report in the Ultimate report was outstanding, a huge step forward a previous Viome analysis I had done in 2019. The MyBioma report was an eye opener and enabled me to take huge steps forward in fixing IBS and SIBO, where previously I was lost about how to handle this type of problems. Highly recommended.

I had a fantastic experience with Sabrina at MyBioma. She went above and beyond to help me with my request, answering the phone and providing clear, patient guidance on how to access the site and complete the questionnaire. Never received results, no open the the phone, no reply to emails, 160£ pounds been taken

Being skeptical, I didn’t think this would work. I stopped fast food and process food.(frozen food). After finishing one bottle I went from 240 to 216. I even surprise my doctor. I’ll let you know how the second bottle goes. Learning to cook healthy.

Not sure how this helps anyone. I mailed my sample over a month ago and still no results. I live in Ireland and used their prepaid envelope...it took FOREVER (3.5 weeks?) to arrive? Shipped on 7/7 Arrived July 29 --in the lab notice. And then a week later got an email that they were being "sequenced" It's now 8/13. Too long--i am sure whatever was in there is OLD news by now so that was 169 euro down the drain. Off to try to find a GI or functional medicine appt.

I posted my sample. Two weeks later I got an email saying they recieved it!!!

Two weeks after that I got an email saying they had started to look at it... what after a month?

Slow, expensive and pointless

The experience with mybioma.com was really efficient and easy. The package with everything you need to get your sample comes fast and easy to your doorstep. The collected sample can send free of charge via Post back to the labor. You are getting an email always after a significant step has been taken (like sample arrived..) which makes the overall experience nicer. The results came really fast this time (2 weeks) and you are getting are really good look on your gut health. In the end you are getting suggestions how you can change your diet to support your health.

Very simple, straight forward process. Comprehensive gut workup with the Advanced kit. Confirmed everything I needed to know about having severe leaky gut and what bacterial colonies were missing and overpopulated. HOWEVER, I have knocked off two stars for the lack of advice given. They claim to give 'personalised advice' depending on your results, but I personally found the advice lacklustre and generic, along the lines of 'eat more veg' etc, the most basic knowledge everyone knows. However, when I inputted my results into ChatGPT, I was given a comprehensive plan aimed at properly healing my gut lining and supporting my immune system that included supplementation and further testing suggestions. myBioma needs to get with the times..I understand they are not medical doctors so cannot fully advise, however mentioning things like using PHGG to support growth of butyrate producing bacteria and slippery elm to support the gut lining is pretty basic advice, yet they couldn't even include that. Overall, I would say the test is worth it only if you have the tools to analyse the results either yourself or with a functional medicine doctor.

I am so glad I made this test! It's super easy and the results are soooo detailed and helpful, it's really a game changer. MyBioma helped me to improve my nutrition and habits and I just decided to make a second test.

Very interesting and detailed results. They reflect my problems very well and I find it exciting how much you can find out just by this analysis. The recommendations fit very well and are actually easy to integrate into my everyday life. I'm going to implement some things straight away and do a new test in a few months' time - I'm really looking forward to it!

Test handling, delivery and test times all ok and within reason. Unfortunately the test results seem completely random. As a vegetarian of many years relying a lot on milk products for protein the results would show I got Enterortyp 1 bacteroids and zero Bifidos and lactobacillus. I got attested a high probability for skin problems, leaky gut syndrom, SIBO, etcetcetc. Non of it is true. The dietary advice given is just your standard "eat a lot of veggies and fibre" and not at all linked to any of my assumed results.

I read some reviews on Trust Pilot for My Bioma that seemed very negative, but I can honestly say I cant fault anything. I had a very good experience. I am in the UK and I received my test with easy-to-understand instructions within a few days of ordering the test. I then posted the sample back after registering the sample online and taking the online questionnaire. Confirmation the sample had arrived at the lab took two weeks. I was aware it would take a little time as they had mentioned this in an email to me because of where they are located in relation to me. They kept me updated throughout the sequencing process right up until results day. The report itself is very comprehensive and comparing that to the additional information supplied in the dashboard summaries, made it even more detailed with advice, suggestions and explanations to further investigate. I am so happy with the service, the communication received, the level of service, the price versus the tests offered and the results report and the level of detail supplied to help the recipient understand what is going on within their own body. I have recommended My Bioma to two colleagues who are also going to purchase the advanced test for further investigation like myself.
