I would strongly recommend avoiding this company.

I contacted them for assistance with a will involving a co-owned property. They proceeded to carry out draft work, only to later inform me that the property did not need to be included in a will at all.

Despite this, I was repeatedly chased for payment over a number of months and eventually threatened with court action for the work completed.

During this time, I experienced a bereavement, and my mother—who the will was intended for—was admitted to hospital for three months. This is the reason I had not been in contact. When I explained this to the owner, Catherine Cardus, I was told I should have “multitasked” and paid my bills, while legal action continued to be mentioned.

As a result, I felt I had no option but to pay £260.

In my experience, the level of understanding and professionalism shown was extremely poor, particularly given the nature of the services being provided.

I would stay clear of this company.

The owner is very rude. No compassion at all. They don't listen to your requests. Just want more money off you for no reason.
I wanted to make a gift of £5,000 to my Grandchildren. This was discussed, they took their names D.O.B when I was reading through my will I discovered this was missing. Then the owner of the business left me a very rude voicemail on my phone, accusing me of not mentioning it originally. Then later that afternoon I received another email with a new draft of my will with my grandchildren name appeared, yet I never mentioned their names that said afternoon. The first correspondence I received didn't even refer to my correct name total joke no apology or anything just a threat to take me to court.Attention to detail is very important in a Will. This company still can't spell my partners name right. Hope they go bust they deserve to fail !!!!
I have just rung the head office of SJP who recommended this company to me and raised a complaint as I have all emails and a vicious voice recording as evidence. A Will should be attention to detail this is NOT the case with this company.
