Vitamin D, magnesium and collagen
I have been using vitamin d and magnesium for 2weeks now. I take the vitamin d in the morning and the magnesium before sleeping. In fact, I feel more energized for the day and I sleep better and dream more. I used to wake up during the night several times but now it reduces. Also, my mum has been using collagen and she told me that her skin has become smoother and shinier. They deliver quite fast so I recommend it.
