Lack of communication with company
Placed my order November 23rd, selected 7-12 business days, and the last update I received was on November 29th where it hasn't moved since. Just a little bit frustrating when they don't respond to emails as well!

We apologise for the late response - we recently transitioned to another platform so some of customer inquiries did not reach us, hence the delayed response. We can see that we replied to your email inquiry as soon as we noticed it, within 48 hours, which was actually around the time you left your review. 😊
We always send the order confirmation email and the tracking details to our customers as soon as we receive them from the Postal service. We also made every possible effort to expedite the delivery of your order as much as we could so that it would reach you as quickly as possible. We checked the status of your order and noticed that the parcel was successfully delivered and signed for by the recipient on December 28th.
We truly hope that you understand that we never purposefully ignored your inquiries and never meant to keep you in the dark and that your order was correctly processed and shipped out. We are glad that your order finally reached you and we hope to hear how you like your Bookeez album! 😊

A high quality awesome gift
I saw an ad on Facebook for his. Now I have purchased items through ads before and been burned so I was leery. However I am so glad I gave this a chance. The quality was excellent, it was well made and the pictures came out perfect. I put pictures of my son in it for my wife for Xmas and I was so impressed and excited by how awesome it was that I gave it to her early. It was worth every penny and the wait. And the wait wasn't bad considering all the work put into it and the fact it's coming from Serbia to the USA. I highly recommend bookeez and would gladly purchase again.

Great customer service
I was very sceptical when I realised that this was not a UK company and my order had not turned up but Luka from Bookeyze provided great customer service explaining why there was a delay and giving me the reference so I could easily track the parcel. As for the product , it is so lovely, the photos are very clear for such a small size and I know my daughter is going to love it . Thank you.

Fiancé's pre birthday gift add on
The cutest little gift to give my partner on his birthday weekend. I was reluctant to order as i thought it was something I would love more than him but when it came I was absolutely smitten, it was quick service came before the intended delivery date too. Original delivery date was of his bday and was worried I won't be home to have it in time but it came days before.
Once gifting it to him at the start of his bday weekend his reaction was the sweetest and instantly put them on his car keys! Even showed it off to my MIL which I found so adorable. Thank you so much!!
