Never received my order and they're…
Never received my order and they're still trying to charge me money. It's a total scam. Don't fall for it.

Never received my order and they're still trying to charge me money. It's a total scam. Don't fall for it.
THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. I never received this product. I reached out to the company in July and again in August and was met with hostility from Ethan. No assistance whatsoever. I eventually disputed it with my credit card company and ETHAN TEXTED ME ON WHATS APP. I was sent a giant paragraph telling me they would be pressing charges against me for disputing the charge. This company is fraudulent and absolutely insane. Please don’t buy from them!
Im still waiting for my money or the package. Both never seend again...
I wish I'd seen the reviews on here before ordering.
After a long delay it finally turned up. On the day it was given to my daughter it stopped breathing and no light was emitted. Emailed and got a response from Ethan who advised me to change the batteries - even though they were fresh out of the pack and was the third set I’d tried! Now not responding to emails after sending pictures and videos, so have reported to trading standards and my bank as it sadly doesn’t look like I’m the only one with problems. AVOID!!!
I wish I'd seen the reviews on here before ordering. It's unusual for me not to look for reviews before purchasing but unfortunately on this occasion I got sucked in to the TikTok videos of cute breathing toys.
After a delay in it's arrival it finally turned up. Reasonably cute Stitch with a wonky nose (one nostril larger than the other and off centre), the ears don't move and the battery pack sound is louder than the breathing. I emailed and like others got a reply from 'Ethan' asking for a video. I duly uploaded one only to be told it wasn't long enough. Uploaded another and he ignored the main complaint and said 'You need to apply more pressure when doing it (squeezing the head) as sometimes at the start it's stiff'. No mention of the sound or the fact even looking at Stitch he looks poorly made with his nose.
I'm going to give up on this but be warned, the quality is not there and I certainly wouldn't give it to a child. I have a wonky, noisy Stitch that I paid a silly amount for. Be warned.
The product arrived. Stitching was coming away so I contacted them with photos and asked to retun the item for either a replacement or a refund. This ethan bloke gets back to me saying there was nothing wrong with it and he believes it's fraudulent activity. Even though I've sent them photos of the defaults of the product he keeps asking for a video of it. Stay well clear
I am now on day 31 (working days btw) I’m in touch with a guy named Ethan who, had told me to be patient!! Also asked ME to get hold of my local courier, which one?? I’ve asked for tracking number as the first one was sent back somewhere, somehow! Who knows. The tracking number doesn’t work!! I’ve asked twice for this and nothing!!! I want a refund now but still I get ask local courier.
This item is just the usual Chinese rubbish that they turn out . The fact this company warns you in there advert not to be fooled by cheap imitations is beyond a joke,it’s impossible to get anything more crap.
Keep well clear. I'm editing this review as after blowing steam I'm afraid after 50 years of being an electrician I still can't put batteries in properly 😅. I take it all back.
Absolutely awful customer service. Some shithead named ethan mellor accused me of damaging one of the breathing buddies myself because I reported that there is a little tear on one and is adamant that it is my fault. Disgusting people, the quality of the product overall is terrible as it is extremely loud and you can hear the machine whirring inside. They’ll definitely go out of business soon but Jesus Christ I’ve never recieved such terrible customer service.
It’s oke it is not what you see on tik tok that you can put different music ect of heartbeat it’s only a melody for 3 seconds en breathing
After searching for a long time I found this website. I checked with trustpilot and it looked legit. They advertise with a breathing buddy with sounds and breathing. They say they have a warehouse in the EU. I found it very strange when the track and trace said Hongkong. We ordered 2 breathing buddy’s. When they arrived we saw that they do not comply with the safety regulation. You can see the wires and that is very unsafe for children. Thereby was 1 of the breathing buddy’s way louder then the other one. There was no on and off switch. I reported this. When I said I wanted to return the item and get a refund they never responded. So that’s why I would like to tell you that you should never buy from this company. They are a scam and I lost my money to them.
Great product only good place for the Breathing Teddy I wish more people found this out I read so much about other companies being bad I was luckily blessed 🧸💞
