It takes forever to come and did not come in time for Christmas, in order to return and refund you need to cover the cost to ship it plus are deducted a $7.99 fee, get cheaper and better quality product elsewhere with better customer service
If I could give less than one star I would. Cheaply made product which only worked for a couple of months. Emailed them to say it had stopped working and they just replied with 'the product has a 30 day warranty' Absolutely disgusting, definitely avoid!!
Don't buy these products. They are low quality fabric, poor handicraft, and the music and breathing is extremely loud. And the toy is not soft, there is no stuffing inside it. If you try to return they make it extremely difficult. You have to pay more to return than the product costs. Stay away, spend your money on another product. They also have a commercial where an old man allegedly is running this business from home and is struggling, this is a lie.

If you want to return it, you have to PAY for the return shipping AND a ridiculous service fee! So not only did I waste my money on a useless product, but I also had to pay extra just to send it back. Absolutely outrageous.

These are available on Temu for half the price, poor Chinese copies, with very limited functionality. Hard in centre, could never give this is a child under ten. You have to pay for returns and £7.99 returns fee... SCAM SCAM AVOID AVOID
