MyBTC.ca is exactly the type of company you want to deal with whether you're just delving into crypto or you're experienced and looking for a trustworthy, fast, dependable service.. They were very helpful in getting me set up, explained anything confusing me, and were always professional. What really impressed me was at the end, before finalizing me, they asked me a series of questions to determine if I was being scammed, ripped off, or taken advantage of by thid party's. Apparently the fraudulent schemes are becoming pretty sophisticated these days. I couldn't be happier with the level of service from these guys. Highly recommended!

As anyone would be I was worried sending these guys an e transfer. I did my research but you still worry. But they came through big time. One thing I really appreciate is they make 100% sure that people who use their service are not victims of scams or using stolen payment methods. There's some companies that don't so it's great to see them doing it. There is verification when you sign up just to make 100% sure you are who you are and make sure it's you and your payment method. I've seen reviews of people being mad because of it but there is a lot of fraud, stolen information, or scammers who get victims to buy bitcoin. Companies need to step up like these guys and everyone should understand that. It's only a one time thing to verify who you are and takes minimal effort. I got the bitcoin I ordered and it was a very simple process. I absolutely trust these guys and will be using them in the future.

I've had a great experience so far with MyBTC.ca. Yesterday I wanted to make a purchase of bitcoin and in a very short amount of time I did a e-transfer, received the credit on my account, made the bitcoin purchase and it was in my wallet in no time.
