This is DMV curriculum mandated by the state. Of course it is "correct" and "required" to take your permit test. Your false statement is not a constructive review and should be removed.

The DMV does not allow you to go back in and see or copy a DMV test for fear of sharing or cheating with others. We must be compliant with the DMV otherwise we would allow you to view that test just like we allow you to view our entire course without logging in. Good news is you are able to use our free practice permit tests and download a copy of the DMV handbook from our site.

Great! (for responisble kids)
My California Drivers Ed is a great program that I would definitely recommend. Unlike other online driver's ed, My California DOES NOT track your time. This is great for students because you can go at your own pace and even complete it a little quicker if you are a fast learner/reader. One con is that you could literally complete the entire course in 15 minutes if you/your child is dishonest and skips through everything (which is for some reason possible to do, and something I started to do on the boring parts oops). Also it can be a little boring (it's mostly reading and short videos, but really how entertaining can driver's ed be?). Overall 9/10 4/5 this program is pretty great, one of the best out there. Highly recommend!

Overall, It Was Worth It
Although it was a little boring, the practice tests helped me out soooo much for my permit test! So many questions on here are identical to the ones on the test. It's also a great way to see how much you know about the rules of the road and will teach you what you need to get through the process of acquiring a license.
