Do not buy a sim card ever from a store…

Do not buy a sim card ever from a store such as navarense Only buy from a mycal store and get it activated in the store.
You get endless problems and sit without communication and spend hours trying to fix up a sim that says it is activated but is not. The mycall store can't help.and you have to call a centre, wait online for ever and then get referred again eyc. DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU BUY FROM MY CALL.SHOP.

I lost my number because of their bad service

They deactivated my SIM after some months when I was outside the country. I reordered it twice when I returned to Norway, but they didn't send a new SIM card (I have their order confirmation emails). I contacted them, and they said it had been transferred to Telia recently (after my orders) because they were the original owner of the number. I contacted Telia, but they said we put the number on the guarantee, so you cannot buy it, and it will be available for everyone after several months. Now, MyCall can't do anything, and my number is linked to several social media companies, etc. They have no answer to my question, "Why didn't you send me the SIM card before sending it back to Telia?". So bad service. Avoid this company!

If you are thinking about using them…

If you are thinking about using them for travel don't. They take 24-48 hrs to update information and disables you completely. From the start it was nothing but trouble, the tech department are a bunch of sloths.

I'm so frustrated with MyCall

I'm so frustrated with MyCall! After 10 years, this is how they treat us? Their 299 NOK for 10GB deal is already pricey, but the worst part is they just snatch away any data you don't use by month's end. It's not fair! We paid for that data; it doesn't "expire" like old food. They're basically stealing from us, and it's not okay. We deserve better after being loyal for so long. If MyCall doesn't fix this and start treating us right, I'm done. They need to understand they can't just swipe what we've already paid for!

SCAM!

SCAM! I’m traveling in Norway and was hoping to use a local sim. I gave back the registration paper, they scanned it and 4 DAYS LATER STILL NOTHING happens. Tried to call the customer service, couldn’t get through! The line was not active. What a waste of time and money. Horrible company with horrible service. Expensive for no reason. Please just close down the company instead of scamming people.

Horrible

Horrible! Worst service and customer support. Just bought mycall pink package to call Iran and it doesn't work at all. not able to call any number in Iran and the customer service just says it's not from us! Fun fact: I use my prepaid sim from another company on the Same phone, same time and calling the same numbers, it works just fine!

Don't switch to Mycall bad customer service and Onecall bad customer service where also switch to fjordkraft mobile much better telenor coverage and everything and are more satisfied with them I :)

My bills have never been so cheap

Use it a few years now. Very convenient. Clear, easy, cheap. No surprises. I had a few times contact with the service in Norway . Lost mobile, closing sim-card, ordering, using a second sim-card, and more. Always friendly and competent people.
The only thing I miss would be a list over all available abonnements at their website, not just the abonnements which would fit me most.
Still, my bills have never been so cheap. Talking a lot, also abroad!
