It was my fisrt puchase, I ordered the Canon EOS R6 Mark II with a lens, a battery and a card and I had the best shopping experience. The delivery was fast (8 days) and everything was well-packed and in perfect condition. I had a few questions before and after buying it and I have to thank Ben, who was super helpful and quick to answer. They forgot to include the card in the package, so I emailed them to let them know and they sent me another package with a faster card. They always kept me updated through out the whole process and I highly recommend it!!

I did a bit of research first because the cheap prices made me a bit sceptical - but nothing shady in the end. Contact with customer service went well and I saved a fortune on my camera upgrade.

1 star deducted because few things could be improved, but I guess most come in expense of the savings:
- new website with better filter options and bundles to choose/add on the product page instead of having to go through dozens of the same camera/lens listings with minute differences for battery/card add-ons
- contact form enquiry was never answered (direct enquiry via email was answered promptly)
- real installment payments for expensive orders instead of needing to buy multiple vouchers would be great
- order processing after bank transfer could have been a tad faster, but it might as well have been because of black Friday

All in all I'd still highly recommend them and hope the service will be just as good if it comes to warranty cases.

Bought a Sony camera and lenses here. The order arrived well-packed. Everything was as described on the website. No issues occurred during the whole ordering and delivery process. Had to wait for a while for my shipping to arrive, though.

I have made several purchases at this store and everything went well until my Canon R8, purchased at this store, started having problems less than two years after purchase. I contacted the company to try to resolve the issue, and they suggested a series of things to do before proceeding with the warranty, including purchasing new cards costing over €100. I purchased the card they suggested, but the camera continued to have the same issues, and I was unable to use it. I contacted them again to proceed with the warranty and I have been waiting for over a month without any response. I have sent about 5 emails and they have ghosted me, never responding. Given this situation, I do not recommend shopping at this store at all. The prices may be tempting, but when the products start to malfunction, they will run away.

Ordered and paid for my camera, and then things went quiet. After three weeks of delay I asked MCZ Direct and the transport company for an update. No reply. Three reminders to each. Still no reply. I bought the camera to use on holiday. The holiday has passed without the new camera. Delay is now four weeks and I do not know when I will receive my order. So asked MCZ Direct to cancel and refund. No reply. Would I recommend buying here? The answer is NO. The uncertainty and lack of service outweigh the discount. Both are common themes in the reviews on this site.

Ordered a camera. Delivery time was 6-8 days. Package was never delivered. MCZ Direct does not reply to mails. Very upset. This company is a scam. DO NOT BUY HERE.

Ordered a Sony a7R V with lens. Ordering proces went smooth, thereafter speedy delivery of a fantastic product. Haven't seen any other seller with the same prices. Seller is highly recommened.

I have made an order through Fnac. The customer service takes ages to react and reply to messages. I have been waiting already 3 weeks for my order.
