Very kind renter

It was our first time renting, and it went well. It easy to communicate with the renter, and things worked out smoothly. However, there should be separate ratings for the renter (really friendly and helpful person) and the vehicle (an older, not so good car), because those two factors are not equivalent in all cases.

Easy way to get a camper or campervan. Even when you are still on a Trip.
Until now we didn’t have any conflicts so we don’t know about dealing with it.

Very bad manegment ....I rent a car that it was broke after I load it ,and there was nobody to unbook ,and get my money back ...It takes a 5 days to finaly someone reply to my mails ,just to to tell me that they are sorry....And take allmost halv of money from my time rent period .

Stressful and frustrating

My experience with MyCamper has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.

First of all, the majority of listings on the platform appear to be inaccurate. Many vehicles are shown as available for specific dates, but after making a booking request, you often find out that the camper is not actually available. This completely defeats the purpose of using an online booking platform and makes planning a trip unnecessarily stressful.

Secondly, the customer support is incredibly slow and often unhelpful. Getting a reply can take days, and even then, the responses are generic or do not address the issue properly. In cases where timely intervention is needed—such as cancellations or booking conflicts—the support team is simply not responsive or effective enough.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend MyCamper based on my experience. The platform feels unreliable, and the support lacks the efficiency and professionalism that travelers expect.

Can recommend using the platform

Can recommend using the platform, I felt well taken care of, there was an abundance of friendly-worded communication sharing reminders on how to interact with the owner, how to care for the vehicle etc.
The check in and check out process also felt well designed, so as a first time camper user and renter I felt very safe.

MyCamper solves insurance worries

MyCamper is the only peer-to-peer rental platform that has an automatic & tailored insurance against damage incorporated seamlessly into their service. That's why MyCamper is the only option I would even consider. I would never dare to rent out my vehicle to anyone if there was a "what if" - the risks in case of damage would simply be to big. MyCamper managed to solve the issue for both the owner and the tenant so that it's safe and clear for parties.
