Unreasonable gender tax
I think charging $1290 for a set of shock absorbers plus an additional $340 for labour is unreasonable.
I also question whether a service that included five things: fuel filter, gear diff oil, engine oil,brake fluid and windscreen additive needs to cost $533.

The car was returned on time
The car was returned on time. I was charged nearly 800, and generally I only got charged around $400 in the past 5 years. There wasn't a proper explanation when asked but was told that it was a big service.I believe the wipers need to be replaced as it the make streaks in my windcreen, which I forgot to mention, and they didn't suggest it either. Previously when I received my car the windscreen and the side screens were cleaned for visibility, this time it was returned without.

Good people to deal with
Did all they undertook to do and as i asked. Phoned me four hours after I dropped the off to advise completion Charged no extras to inflate the bill like I have experienced with other dealers. Good people to deal with. I didn’t feel that I was being fleeced.
