Great customer service and quick service and repairs on my car. Close to my home and shopping centre

I asked for something specific to be done, and it was carried out. They rang to get permission to do extra work that needed doing. All good.

I dropped the car and after inspection I got a call from the team what all things were good and what required attention. They were patient in explaining all the things and asked what should they go ahead with. In the end, the work done was excellent. Prices are competitive.

Overall happy with the service experience. I wish there had been a way to communicate the amount of time the service would take before I dropped the car off. If I had known it would take all day I would have scheduled things differently. On the plus side, the service team were very accommodating with arranging a lock box.

The boys go above and beyond, I took my car in on a busy Friday, and Lachlan never fails me, he took my keys, did what he had to do with tecar and in no time I was ready for my weekend....
