Mechanic adapted time of service to suit our situation

Friendly staff. New tyres look great. Will definitely be returning when service is due.

My car helped us over Christmas when everyone else was closed, thanks so much.

All the workers are very kind and helpful always willing to help where they can and always keep you updated with things and lets you know if there is anything else you might not know about

The next day after my service I had a flat tyre. After calling road side assistance I found out the wheel was old and had blown out which was not picked up the day before.

Also, my spare tyre had not been serviced so road side assistance had to put air in it also as was not road worthy and should have been checked for air as part of basic service.

Manager on duty did replace my damaged tyre free of charge which was appreciated but basic checks were missed as part of log book service.

Friendly service and good prices. Will use them next time

Geat experience from staff at Shellharbour store. There was clearly a communication issue with corporate HQ, which shellharbour, especially manager, Mendo followed up and managed, from a customer service focus. Thank you.

Fabulous service from the Shellharbour team. My car was having a scheduled service, they called me after a couple of hours to let me know what was going on with my car, what was essential, what could wait and what was in between, then letting me decide if I wanted to go ahead with any of the options. Not only that, they dropped me off and picked me up when the car was ready (I’m in the next suburb). My car is now running smoothly. I highly recommend them!

I had a tyre puncture and went to mycar at Shellharbour on a Saturday morning. Despite being busy and not being booked they fitted me in and replaced the 2 rear tyres as was recommended by my mechanic. They have always provided me with great service and the staff are always courteous and professional. I highly recommend mycar Shellharbour.
