My experience with RAC was excellent…
My experience with RAC was excellent apart from one thing, Taxi, they didn't arrive to take me to Car to meet RAC Mechanic with Key, therefore Mechanic had to collect from me directly wasting both theirs and my time, other than that, RAC were superb 👍.

A few hiccups trying to book services online but eventually sorted out by speaking to RAC customer help team.
Early appointment available and accepted.
Professional and courteous mechanic who kept me advised as to ETA and turned up at a time that fitted in with my schedule.
Service carried out without issues and explanation of “advisories & recommendations” provided.
I would certainly recommend RAC Mobile Mechanics to friends and colleagues.

Absolute Lifesavers!
We are on holiday in The Lakes and a coil spring snapped. First out to rescue was Josh, who was absolutely lovely, reassuring and determined to help. He arranged for his colleague Alan to fix our car the next morning. Alan rang at 9 on the dot to let me know when he would be here. He was professional and knowledgeable and fixed my car.
