I had the mobile mechanics out today to change a wheel bearing. I am really impressed with everything from start to finish. Very knowledgeable and took there time to make sure everything was perfect. Thankyou 👍

It was the first time we had the RAC home visit and I must say that it was a breath of fresh air and one that i will be doing in future as opposed to taking it to a garage.
Everything from start to finish was smooth, the mechanic was top class, a real professional and nice guy to talk to. Kept it to Lehman's Terms with regards to anything to keep an eye on.
I have push friends and family to do the same.

Patrol Terry, ID 5486, came to help me yesterday, quickly diagnosed the trouble and fitted a new battery. He was cheerful and efficient.

Very disappointed with RAC Mobile Mechanics.

I booked a mobile service, but the mechanic refused to carry out the work because he said my driveway wasn’t level enough. I was then charged a £100 cancellation fee, despite no work being carried out.

I was never clearly made aware during the online booking process that a level surface was required. Had I known, I would have parked my car elsewhere.

To make matters worse, RAC had previously completed brake repairs on the same vehicle at the exact same location without any issues, yet they refused a routine service this time.

My complaint was rejected, and I was still asked to pay. Very poor customer service and a disappointing experience. I won’t be using RAC again

Attended promptly and efficiently found the source of the problem, as well as checking other systems, and replaced the defective part quickly.

RAC patrolman, Gary ID; 1787 who attended our breakdown on 5/8/26 was fantastic. He was professional, explained clearly what he was doing and tried his utmost to resolve the problem. He even followed us home to ensure we did so safely, and resolved the tailgate issue for me to exit the vehicle.

The mechanic Benjamin was very friendly and considered all safety aspects and got me home in no time very efficient thank you

Ariff from mobile van 10 was fantastic in competence of mechanical work and suggesting what other work needed to be done. He is an excellent and dilgent mechanic who goes above and beyond. Reasonable prices and my car feels like a different car now. It has never had the power that it now has. And so quiet. My 2012 car feels almost like having a new car. Amazing ! I'm So Grateful ! Brilliant service but wrongly quoted for a new battery so had to pay more money.

Karl, the Mobile Mechanic was excellent. He arrived, he let me know he was on his way beforehand and I was greeted with a friendly smile and a good old-fashioned hand shake. He carried out the work quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend this service. The online booking system was smooth and easy and I kept getting reminders before the day for work to be carried out.

Came when they said and had the knowledge to repair quickly also explained with ease
