On drive servicing
Well one thing is that i didn't need to drive to the garage for a service Zak the mechanic was polite and courteous and this is the first time I had the job done on the drive and he done a first class job and I would recommend using RAC to do at home servicing thankyou Zak

Car battery failure - total car shut down repaired.
I had a major car failure due to my car battery not being checked correctly at its 3 year service. Over 2 days 3 mechanics came out to assist me. Each one was professional, polite and helpful. They explained what each process was and what the next process way. I could not have been looked after better (except for waiting times). I am back on the road and able to attend work and go about my life.

First time service with the RAC
Never used before as tbh not aware you offered this service. So stress free, the mechanic was excellent, explained what he would do and also confirmed that despite the age of the car and probably down to the mileage and garaging in very good condition. Hopefully will last out the years we have left of driving.
Would highly recommend and will be using again next year.
