RAC tried to charge me extra
RAC tried to charge me an extra £55 compared to the quote they gave on the app, I had to phone them up whilst the mobile mechanic was there, in order for them to honour the original price. Scandalous.

Matt was polite and professional
Matt was polite and professional. He arrived punctually and explained all that he was doing during the full service I requested. He gave me sound advice regarding the monthly oil check and said he'll return to stamp my service history book as could not locate it on the day. He did everything and more, including pollen filter change etc and it's a more pleasant, fresher interiorand smoother, albeit safer drive now.

The booking process was easy
The booking process was easy, just choose what level of service was required, when and where. Shaun kept me informed of when he would arrive. In the event he arrived early. He carried out the service on the drive and took about two hours. Afterwards, he gave me a quick rundown of what he found. Definitely recommend.
