Essential Plus Service - MN Triton MY15
- Grease prints left on all front panels and driver door
- Grease left on every cover under steering wheel, central pillar, carpet, seat cover and floor mat
- Front near side wheel balance weight fell off in carport 2wks after service (Local driving only)
- Bash plate bolt missing after sump drain
- When asked of technician the Diagnostic evaluation had not been done?? (Didn't have time)
- Whilst requesting the outcomes of the 89 point inspection plan and service, technician continually complained was running late for date with girlfriend!!
- Totally unacceptable response's
- Took me hours to remove all the grease, won't come off seat cover
- What else didn't I get for my money??
Close to 15yrs as a K-Mart / My Car customer primarily due to the Exemplary service, advice and quality control from previous manager Anthony and the moment he is gone, the quality turns to SHYTE
Someone had best give me a very good reason as to why I should not terminate 15yrs of Loyalty!!

Great communication and honest business.
Took car today thinking needing new brakes, fluids and other work done. Dillon the Owner called after inspecting my car and said no need as brakes and fluids still good for some time yet. My tyres were rotated and balanced my tyres as i asked for also, Dillon could of done what I thought the car needed and didn't, I wouldn't of known any different and didn't spend big money for no reason. Absolute legend, would recommend and will be back again.

I had a faulty break light and stopped by to make an appointment to have it fixed though the technician was able to do it on the spot. Wonderful service.

This is the first time I've had my car serviced at this location although I had a couple of minor issues resolved at short notice here in the past. When I delivered the car on the appointed date, the check-in process was seamless and efficient. The car service was completed on time and I was notified by SMS as promised. All in all, a satisfactory experience and I will continue having my car serviced here. I would happily recommend this location to others.
