We shipped our Jeep Grand Cherokee from Vancouver, Canada, to the UK. Throughout the process they were very clear and up front with costs, gave estimates of timeframes, and generated an itemised invoice explaining what would need to be done and how long it would take. We particularly appreciated them allowing us to move personal effects inside the vehicle. Considering the complexity of the process and the many moving parts, I have to say this was a great service and about right for the price point. The whole process took longer than anticipated but honestly a lot of the fault was with DVSA and their very slow response times. Overall I would highly recommend this company to others and would definitely consider them again in future, they are professional and know what they are doing. Thank you so much, we really appreciate having our car here on UK soil!

My Car Import made is easy for us to register our Spanish Mini and get on the road. Excellent communication throughout and for me great value.

I was struggling to get my son’s car registered. It was originally a Japanese import that had previously been registered in Ireland, but the DVLA and DVSA processes were extremely difficult. I was asked to complete multiple steps, including obtaining documents I couldn’t access and arranging an IVA test. In the end, my application was rejected.

I then contacted Will at My Car Import, who took over the entire process. Within just two weeks, the car was pre-tested and passed the IVA test successfully. I am now simply waiting for the registration to be finalised, which should take no more than 10 days.

I only wish I had contacted them sooner—it would have saved me weeks of stress and delays. They are highly professional and made the whole process straightforward.

It took four months but my car arrived today. It's good to have it back. The lights that were replaced were left in the boot and the interior looks fine. The battery is good in spite of the long time of not being used and the car seems to start and run fine.

Everyone has been very helpful. Lots of advice and guidance while deciding what to do with my vehicle..once decided to import all went very smoothly and quickly. Highly recommended
