Took my keyless entry landrover key for a swim , got back to the car with the kids wife and dog to find blade snapped off in the emergency door lock , stranded on a Sunday late afternoon starting to rain called the guys , no messing around , within an 30 mins Peter attended , gained access , programmed a new key and I was on my way , can't fault the service highly recommend

Locksmith arrived, after phoning ahead to say he was on his way. Met me at daughters, he was very friendly, and efficient. Knew exactly what was required and had the new key, done and programed in no time.
All in all a 5***** service. Would happily reccommend him to anyone.

Quick and easy to arrange a new remote fob for my car, gent on the phone was polite and easy to deal with, the guys who did the job came within a couple of hours as promised and were easy going and efficient, no problems at all with these guys.

Called in the morning as my key wouldn’t connect to my car so it was unable to start. Paid over the phone and the guy was here in a couple of hours. It didn’t look like an easy job but he persevered and it was done in a couple of hours. Very happy thank you!

Lost my car key, next day problem solved.

Recently popped my car key through the washing machine and it stopped working. Called My Car Hero and from the moment they answered the phone I had such a positive experience. The call handler really went out his way to get an engineer out ASAP even with me being rural it was less than 48 hours and I had a new working key. The engineer was super and gave me plenty notice of his arrival, he was pleasant and had my new key sorted in no time. Price was also super reasonable and I would definitely recommend. Thanks!!

Immobiliser on car decided it didn't like the key any more phoned these guys and they came out 24 hours later yes the wait time is not ideal but they are extremely busy I was kept well updated and told at the time it would be the following day customer service was brilliant again understanding and kept me well informed car was sorted within 20 mins so overall a very good service

Called for new key for van was told 350 pound and a load of nonsense about how difficult these vans are. Rang about an got the job done for 150 by immotec who told me was a very simple procedure

Locked my keys in my car. Phoned these and got a quote which was less than i expected. From putting the phone down to the helpful operator i had my keys back in my hand in less than 30 minutes with no damage to the car. 100% recommend
