The business is based in UK

The business is based in UK, and I'm in Ireland. I orders 28/09 expecting to have a quick delivery as its for Halloween. and I have an email stating 7-10 days expected delivery time frame. When I received the tracking email from her. It was blocked by company. So I used the tracking website I generally use for Shein/Amazon etc.. And found out the parcel is actually coming from China. I then did a reverse image search and found the exact same image she advertised on Ali Express. For more than half the price of what I paid for it. Now I'm sitting here on 10 days waiting for a dress for my daughter. She has blocked me on Facebook and the tracking hasn't been updated since the 5th October.

I highly recommend using Shein or other Chinese companies of you want to avoid extortion.

Ordered on the 7th September

Ordered on the 7th September, still waiting for delivery which states due by 25th September. Wasn't made clear the items came from China via the Netherlands. Not happy.

Cute and amazing quality

Have ordered twice from this company and all I can say is the products are perfect and so cute! Speedy delivery too. Can’t wait to order my daughter’s Christmas outfit soon. Thank you!
