Do not use MyChips - They charge you back

I found an offer for a game called Beast Go on MyChips offerwall. This game copied Monopoly Go which I have played before. You have boards you have to finish by rolling dice and completing events.

I found friends on social media to help me complete events. I barely made the turbo goal and even spent money to complete the goals. The turbo goal did not track, so Mychips gave me the credit. I was initially very happy about this. They then reversed all my credits and charged me back. They claim I cheated somehow. I was in shock, as I did not cheat at all. They decided not to help me in the end. Do not use Mychips as they do not want to actually pay you if you complete an offer. They get upset and will charge you back.

Edit- After reaching out to this "Trustpilot Team" they still accused me of cheating somehow. I reached the Turbo goal with 6 hours left. The real issue is that they simply do not want to pay me for reaching a very difficult goal they put in place. I had to spend money to reach it as well. This company most likely cant afford to pay out it's users and that is why they will make up some excuse of "you cheated" and do not want to give you their funds. Avoid at all costs.

I have contact so many times with your…

I have contact so many times with your support team but they didn't reply me. I have sent 8 to 10 email but they didn't reply because they are totally scam. If you are legit you support team reply me about my tournament rewards. I have also ask that I have sent by there trust pilot team I have introduce you but they didn't respond anything. This is the total scam. They have not given my tournament leaderboard reward of 75 usd. I have got 1st position in tournament leaderboard but still until I have not received reward after 20 days of tournament ends.
My chips offerwall tournament is totally scam in the name of tournament you are scam with us.

Overall a very nice app.

Sometimes you get kicked out or the survey doesn’t work but you always get an quick response from the support team and other than that it’s a very nice way of getting paid for just playing games and answering questions.

Corporate greed and bad customer service

I have had nothing but terrible experiences with this company and their customer service. I completed several offers from their offer wall through super.com and freecash.com and every time I do I never get paid.

Despite following their instruction my interaction gets recorded but for some reason the completion never does. When I submit the required proof of completing these offers all I receive is a pointless apology from their customer service department and a list of possible reasons my completion was not recorded and that they will not be rewarding me . They still however take the proof that I submit to them and use that proof to get paid from the companies they advertise for yet still do not pass payment on to its customers as is the model for their business. I know this because I have contacted a couple of these companies directly and they have confirmed they did pay out to this company for me signing up through them.

This is Classic example of corporate greed and their practices need to be investigated and audited.

Completion not tracked

Similar issues to some of the other posters. Completed an offer before it expired and took a screen shot just in case and raised a ticket but was told it did not track due to technical issues and there was nothing more they could do. I emailed back to see if there could be some partial recognition but only silence.

Complete scam!!

Seems like many players report the same issue with this "company." Just when you complete an offer, or approach higher payouts in their games, suddenly a problem with a "tracking update" occurs and despite showing screenshots or copies of emails documenting your progress, they WON'T help you. DON'T waste a moment of your time chasing offers with them.

This whole thing is a scam

This whole thing is a scam. I paid 8€ to unlock a specific offer and after paying nothing happened so after getting in contact with the support they let me know its because they couldnt track or my internet was bad or I was using VPN (nothing from these apply to me) and that they cant help me further. How can you not help me further if I sent you the RECIEPT of me paying that specific thing? This is a scam do not fall for it.

Nearly 2 weeks of waiting, broken promises, and only partial compensation

MyChips was one of the most disappointing reward experiences I’ve ever had. I completed two Time Master offers with clearly stated rewards: 204,750 Gems for completing the “Location 5” task and 945,000 Gems for the “Make a Purchase” task. I followed every requirement exactly and even provided all the proof they asked for.

Yet after all that, I had to wait around 13 days, deal with slow replies, repeated proof requests, and then MyChips eventually said there was a “tracking issue” on their side. Instead of honoring the full reward they promised, they only gave a small consolation reward of 347,200 Gems, which is nowhere close to what I rightfully earned. That’s extremely unfair to users who completed everything properly.

They're scammers.

They arbitrarily blocked access to an offer I was working on, I would have been able to complete it. Plus they stopped tracking my play time for their obviously rigged tournaments. The mychips scam is a complete waste of time.

Dissapointing Supprort Team and Broken Tracking

I don’t normally write reviews, but Mychips has officially reached a point of absurdity. Their offer wall is fine when it works, but their tracking is selectively broken—consistently picking up small milestones while "failing" to track the high-payout tasks.

I am specifically disgusted by my experience with the Cryptogram offer. Everything tracked perfectly until I reached the Bonus Tasks, Level 250, and Level 300. I submitted undeniable video proof with timestamps and screenshots of my history. Support’s response was a canned "tracking issue" excuse followed by a measly "consolation prize" that was a fraction of the actual reward. It felt like a mockery.

They clearly didn’t even look at my evidence. To be clear: I did not use a VPN or change networks. It is impossible for some tasks to track and others to fail unless the fault lies entirely with Mychips.

Beyond my case, Mychips has a predatory habit: if a user reaches out mid-offer due to a tracking glitch, they will often straight-up close the entire offer on you. Mychips, stop scamming your users. If an offer tracks the small steps but "breaks" on the biggest payouts, you need to honor the proof provided. Change your support process and credit people what they are actually owed. If you truly care about your customers, look at the evidence I provided and give me what I am owed.

Well to be honest, they are very helpfull to solve the problem. Their language is easy to understand. They respond to your mail in a short time ( like within 12 hours).

The company has started to stop paying cashbacks in all their games, scamming people of their hard earned money. I will update my review when mychips stop stealing people's money and start paying cashback offers again instead of keeping the rewards for themselves.
