This is one of the best services on the…

This is one of the best services on the Zbd platform to use in my opinion. Support gets back with you very quickly and I rarely experience any issues with tracking unlike with the others. I only wish they offered more games of the kind I like. If the same game were offered on 3 different platforms, it would be my first choice to play through theirs.

Reliable platform with good support

A good way to earn online, with great customer service. Had one issue with tracking tasks across multiple platforms, but once contacted about the problem, everything was quickly resolved by the MyChips support team.

Mychips is great, it rewards for trying new games.
It does reward as it describes.
Sometimes tracking issues occurs but if you prepare and file properly they fix it relatively quickly.
I appreciate mychips 5*

Avoid! Scammers

I played for 2 weeks for the Survivor Idle Run offers on Gemsloot. Everything tracked until MyChips suddenly changed the offers, conveniently right as I was about to complete them, to a lower $ amount.

I then finished Quest 350 and Steve's 15th Training Node anyways and nothing was awarded.

This'll be my 3rd time reviewing these criminals. They want 2 cry about a review when they robbed me. I accepted a task playing a game 4 33 satoshis per minute at 1.5x bonus and I played 4 2 hr 47 min but 4 some reason they failed 2 track my progress. So, like with every other app similar 2 this, I contacted customer support 2 let them know about me fulfilling the requirements 2 earn satoshis and how they failed 2 track my progress but I had proof of completion, & I attached what every other company has required to receive equal compensation 4 what I wasn't payed that I had rightfully earned. I had a screenshot of the quest/task page showing the game or quest I started & at the top left was the 1.5x bonus with the time remaining in days hours & minutes & below the game was the 33 satoshis per minute showing so all that was in 1 screenshot. Then 2 show completion I have a feature on my phone that records screen time when you use an app & I went 2 the app and viewed screentime for that time period, it reflected accurately 2 hr 47 min and something seconds which I then took a screenshot & sent both screenshots 2 support. After acknowledging that I indeed did play the 2 hr 47 min (167 minutes) @ 33 sats per minute x 1.5 bonus the person informed me they had compensated me 4 the troubles. Now roughly, 800-1000 satoshis is $1 (at the time). What I done would've equalled around 7700 something satoshis which was over $7 (not by much) but 2 a disabled person with no income & hasn't had any money in a long time, pretty much homeless, it counts alot. So I was excited that I was indeed not going to get screwed out of the money I had earned. I went to ZBD app where I get paid and there indeed was payment made but compared to what they owed me it was far from "compensation" (which wouldve been what they owed me). They sent me 19 satoshis out of the 7700 something they owed me not even totaling 1 cent probably. it's less than a cent I'm getting paid out of 700-800 cent it's basically a slap in my face while holding a big grin knowing I don't hit women...so to take the sats I rightfully earned & give me not even 1% of what I earned is outright criminal, dishonest and deceptive practices which does not deserve 2 be rewarded by giving them your business earning them money 4 the work you put in while they treat the customers with such blatant disrespect. Then cry every time I leave a brutally honest review & have it removed due 2 them being sensitive criminals. But there is no rules broken & I am expressing my freedom of speech without cussing and name calling. (Calling them criminals isn't name calling it's kind of like sir and ma'am but designated for criminals and honesty is honesty) so this gets removed I'll think about starting my own review network on social media to start then branch out as competition with freedom of speech, give or take profanity, where there's actually a real TRUST PILOT behind the wheel so 2 speak because trust has been lost completely when you can't trust the review team in charge with keeping honest reviews public for the benefit and sake of criminals not getting away with theft and fraud. Because it is in fact fraudulent activity 2 promise payment 4 a service rendered then not pay once the service has been rendered & proof has been shown regarding that service rendered. Which now that you've cried 2 times about having this taken down, you should be proud of yourself because I was going 2 take the loss & just post a review. But now youve had 2 (this'll be the 3rd) chances 2 say hey, we're going 2 look into the employee that wronged you (because surely theft & fraud isn't company policy) and if you would be willing 2 contact me personally I'll have this matter taken care of & get you what is owed 2 you, in which case no one would need 2 have anything removed because I would've seen a good company & changed it 2 5 star, but instead you tried 2 silence the truth which I absolutely hate & criminals silencing the truth are worse than any other criminal because it shows they have no remorse & they plan 2 do it again because they get away with it due 2 silencing. Well that's okay, because now, the first opportunity I get I will be gathering the evidence that supports my claims & I'll be turning it over 2 the Federal Trade Commission when I report you 4 fraudulent activity because I'm sure this is a common practice for criminals like you. So cry and have this 1 removed 2 because I'm documenting the last reviews taken down, & this one 2 add 2 the evidence I already have so either way you want be screwing many more people over. And trust pilot, you should be ashamed 4 even showing sympathy 4 a bunch of criminals and giving in 2 their demands when they have wronged sum1 & broken the law in the process helping them silence the victim. Shame on you. 1 star rating 4 u on this 2

Such a scam!

Such a scam! I spent 2 weeks putting in hours of effort every day playing one of MyChips' games through Stepler. The game tracked my progress perfectly fine at first but then at some point stopped tracking. My friend and I started playing through Stepler at the same time and he had the exact same issue as me. We both created a ticket with MyChips and provided them with proof of the rewards we had gained in the game that hadn't tracked. My friend got a reply from a helpful individual who made sure he was given the rewards that hadn't tracked. I, on the other hand, got a very unhelpful individual, who didn't neither investigate or explain anything. They just made the claim that the problem was on my end and lined up reasons of which none of them were true in my case. So basically I've spent hours on end for two weeks to gain these rewards just to get ripped off by this ridiculous company that would rather treat their users like dirt, than pay them the 33 diamonds they earned on their service. I've rarely met customer support this horrible.

UPDATE: Since their Trustpilot team told me to send them another email, I did. They ignored me. Never replied. Meanwhile my friend had the same issues again with a different game and got it resolved with their customers service while I was being ignored. My guess is, I completed too many rewards and they don't want to compensate me for an amount this high. While my friend caught the issue earlier and only needed to be compensated for less. This company is just ridiculous. Don't bother with them.

Scam

Like another review, I downloaded a game and got rewarded for all the steps until the “big pay” step which took a lot of effort. Interesting that they say it’s my fault despite the previous 7 stages paying out and tracking correctly.
Complete scam, they get the rewards from the game creators and pocket it.
Avoid!

I emailed as you suggested, including the evidence that you did track this correctly, but no response after a week. So I reiterate my message that you have scammed me and urge others to be careful trusting you to pay out what you promise.

Scammed out of 30 dollars after 6 days…

Scammed out of 30 dollars after 6 days spending like 15 hours a day completing an offer. Obviously not even worth the time to complete the long offers. But they also refuse to payout on their large offers. They hope people quit before completing them so we don't see the scam. Contacted their support via email and they blamed me and said I probably used a vpn or didn't download the game from their link. The early progress tracked for the game once I completed the later tier tasks they conveniently don't track. All of their responses are also obviously chatgpt responses they don't even look at support tickets probably
