Difficulty activating Office 2019

After recently purchasing Office 2019, I had difficulty getting the product code to work. When I called, I spoke with Jake and he was more than helpful assisting me in entering the product code. Jake, I thank you so much for your fast and professional assistance.

Jake Flome is the perfect person for this tech support role.

Jake Flome is very personable, unflappable, and competent. He contacted me prior to our session to introduce himself and was warm and reassuring once we connected. He was immediately open and easy to talk to which lowered my stress around the process of getting the Microsoft suite installed. The installation went smoothly from start to finish due to his clear instructions and obvious experience.

Jake was a life saver

Jake was a life saver. I had no wait at all. I had been working for 2 days to download my product and all the chat bot stuff was of no help. Jake solved everything in a jiffy.

Great support!

Purchased a Server 2025 license but it wouldn't activate. Called support and Alex was able to help me get it activated quickly and answer my questions about other licenses. Recommended!

Gabe was able to assist me in activating a program that I had purchased in just 1 setting. I appreciated him greatly. I thought I was going to have to purchase additional programing, so he also saved me from spending money that did not need to be spent.

I bought a windows 11 pro key several…

I bought a windows 11 pro key several months ago and again today. I was not able to get it to activate, but a call to my choice software took care of the problem. Both times Jake did an absolute fantastic job in getting it done for me, also very friendly and helpful. He helps till the problem is solved. I would recommend his service to anyone.

This install took longer then expected…

This install took longer then expected due to Windows 11 Updates hadn't been completed. Gabe was very patient and worked though these challenges to complete this installation.

Alex made everything easy and painless! Thanks so much!

Alex helped me purchase hard-to-find software, as well as installation support--all at a discounted New Year's price! The next day, he helped me install the software on my laptop using remote tech support. In less than a half hour, he prepped my system and had all my programs up and running! Alex has excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products. He was patient, customer-focused, and a good communicator. He set me up for success, making sure that I could easily access my new software and that I knew how he set it up so I could make changes, if needed.

software installation problem

I was totally lost during the install process, and I called your office. It was just my luck to have Finn answer my call for assistance. It was refreshing to have someone on the call who was patient, understood my problem and was then able to resolve the issue in a reasonable amount of time.

I purchased a Windows 11 Pro Key and…

I purchased a Windows 11 Pro Key and followed the directions that were emailed to me. The program that I was told to d/l and run told me that my Windows 11 Pro was up to date.

Not sure what to do next, I called My Choice Software, and Jake answered. He was polite and asked how he could help me. I told him that I followed the email that was sent to me, but didn't want to make a mistake installing the key.

He asked if he could take over my computer, which would allow him to get my key installed quickly.
Jake took over, I watched him work his magic, 2 minutes later, my Windows 11 Pro key was installed and active!

He asked if there was anything else he could help me with. I said no, and he thanked me for using My Choice Software.

He then disconnected from my computer. We talked on the phone for another 30 seconds, and I thanked him for his quick work.

Kudos Jake

After my purchase I had difficulty installing the software. I made numerous attempts to reach out for support. Each time the representatives I spoke with seemed condecending to my troubles and offered little to resolve my Issue. However, Jake proved he did not employ that same demeanor. When all attempts failed, he explored outside the box until he was able to diagnose the trouble and resolve the issue. He did this with extreme professionalism and apathy to my frustration. Jake should be commended for his dedication to customer service and held as a management standard and an example to his teammates.
