I was given a tracking number only after requesting one. USPS shows the merchandise was delivered but it never was I have contacted the company by email and their contact page about this. It is four days now and they have not responded

When USPS tracking seemed to go off the rails, Jon from Music Folders moved heaven and earth to get to the bottom of it and then called me with info. Exceptional service!

The folder rings came quickly and were exactly as described. The price was reasonable although shipping was not. It would've been better if I'd ordered more than 4 rings. It was a great shopping experience though.

my folder was set to be delivered 2/15. to date 2/17 it has not been received. I am disappointed for the service and am hoping the folder will be good to make up for delay.

My second folder in about 10 years. The old one (identical) is still going strong -- the new one was for my wife. The deluxe version with the detachable 3-ring binder is definitely worth a few extra $$. Minor shipping issue was immediately fixed by customer service.

The quality of the music folders is excellent, the price very reasonable and customer service responsive and courteous.

Found what I needed I think. I would have liked a little better descriptions because of the different options on the orchestra classroom folders. Does it have a clear pocket on the front? I'm hoping so, but some of the pictures didn't show it and there wasn't a place to select it as an option.

I needed my Choir robe for Easter Sunday. I placed my order with the hope that I would received it on time. Last Wednesday I was called to replace the choir Director and lead on palm Sunday. Every Choir member would be wearing their robe except me. I had no choice but to wear my regular black suit. To my great surprise and joy, my robe was delivered Friday.

Great customer service, quality products and great price. Shipping was also on time. The robes are beautiful and well made with ample of hem allowances for the adjustments. We ordered them in medium and they fitted well with out adjusting the hemlines for people who are 5’5”-5’8”. The fabric has characteristics of a bottom weight sateen which has a soft sheen and a softer feel. We love our new robes. Thank you so much!

I could not have asked for a better service. Not my first experience with my choir robes and I don't suppose it will be the last either.

Jon was very helpful. All of his suggestions were spot on!!! I highly recommend this company!!!

The customer service was wonderful, I only need a few robes and they were able to advise me about what sizes would generally fit an average sized high school students. I was so impressed once I got the robes the material is great and they are beautiful.
