L’azienda myCicero, nata nel 2017 come spin-off di Pluservice, ha acquisito un ruolo di primo piano nel settore della mobilità, consolidando il suo ruolo di piattaforma integrata di servizi. La mission aziendale è quella di promuovere la digital experience degli utenti che, per lavoro o piacere, hanno la necessità di spostarsi in città, in Regione o su tutto il territorio nazionale. Nella piattaforma myCicero sono contrattualizzati e integrati più 500 operatori di sosta, trasporto e sharing attivi in oltre 5.000 comuni italiani, i cui servizi già oggi sono prenotati e acquistati da circa 6 milioni di utenti finali attraverso app di proprietà (l’app omonima myCicero diventata nel 2023 MooneyGo), app white label degli stessi operatori o app terze di grandi aggregatori come Intesa San Paolo, Eni, Poste ecc. Ulteriore punto di forza della piattaforma è la possibilità di pianificare la migliore soluzione di viaggio intermodale che soddisfa l’esigenza di spostamento. Dal 2024 è stato integrato anche il pagamento del telepedaggio su tutta la rete autostradale italiana.

Worst service ever

I believe the main principle for hiring people is "to be rude"! Only one person out of 5 actually did something do help and did not hang up. I purchased a ticket and didn't see it on the app. I purchased a second one to make sure it wasn't my fault, but I did not see any of those. I called to have my money back and they refused... Can you imagine? They refused to give me my money back, even though I couldn't use the tickets and just hung up on me. I'm not even mentioning the long time I had to wait in order to talk to each one of them.

Paid but tickets never appeared

While ago I bought the tickets but it never showed on my available tickets section so try to emails but no response. Also since yesterday the application not function untill today, again send email still no response... disappointed 😞

Never received a ticket

Bought a 48h Rome, EU12,50. Never received the ticket. Sent several emails and no response after more than a week. Hours on the phone waiting and no answer. Total scam.
