I contacted Customer Service and sent details of the problem. Rob in that department was quick and helpful, arranging a replacement product which was delivered within a couple of days with no fuss.
The only downside for me is that they do not yet supply the Elf Mate Refillable Pods which means I can't buy all my supplies in one place!

This company is amazing.
I have been using this company for about a year and get an order every month. Get great discounts, good value for money, good quality vapes and very friendly.
The customer service team have been exceptional when dealing with an issue I occurred with the courier company on my last order. Fast, friendly response and resolved with delivery compensation.
I will only buy my vapes from here and recommend this site to all my friends that vape and they love the variety this site has to offer.
Absolutely appalling service, bought 10 disposable vapes 5 didn't work. Rude people, unhelpful, will never buy from this awful company again.
This online business seems a lot like fraud to me. They have charged my credit card and after 3 working days of ordering, the items have not been even shipped yet. I contacted their customer support which is supposed to respond within 24 hours and it has been 48 hours without any response. I am going to wait for another day then I reporting this to the bank as fraud because it is surely what it seems like. Avoid at all costs.

However I was sent 3 vape liquids.
Im not impressed.
First time ordering from this company and will be the last.
Avoid, you’re better off going to a vape shop.
At least then you can get what you’ve paid for.
Returns resisted by illegal insistence upon at customer expense, further deterred by threat of loss etc. if not returned using most expensive postal services.
Competitive pricing and customer satisfaction not found at mycigara, thousands of better options for online sales, go elsewhere
Literally the worst experience ordered my items on the 2nd of October and I am still waiting for them i contacted them and got told it was due to Royal Mail delays asked to wait 10 working days after the delivery date it’s now the 24th and still nothing I contacted them and got no response.
The website is really recommendable, I made a big order to Austria, everything worked great, the only problem was that the Austrian customs stopped the parquet and sent it back again. The support was really great. Whenever I had any questions, they answered me precisely. Unfortunately, I didn't get any parquet, but I got my refund.

Rude experience at Great Portland Street branch. I have never experience unfriendly, rude and possible racist. I went inside with friends, one of whom wanted to buy a vape. We are Asians. When my friend was paying for his vape, one of the employee was asking us "is there anyone else buying?" to which we replied no, then he told us "could you please stand outside". I was still looking at the vape on display, how could he asked a customer to stand outside. I have never experience like this when you still browsing for products in store.

I ordered 20 days ago 3 pieces of jul after a week while I was waiting for my order they informed me that the stock from the item I ordered ran out and they sent me something similar I told them that I agree 15 days have passed and I am still waiting for them. above that my order has been characterized as urgent and does not mean an apology or a gift for all the inconvenience ..

I ordered 5 Elfbar’s of different flavours on Wednesday and I received my order on Saturday which was great. The flavours are lovely. Free delivery and great value for money. I would certainly recommend ordering from this company.
Ordered from these folks a week ago. Vape kit and sundry items arrived next day. Everything well packed and good quality. Lots of information on the website to make sure I got the right coils etc. Great company, would recommend. Vape kit I got on sale is very nice!
Purchased a packet of 10 Dinner Lady disposable bubblegum ice vapes. Ordered yesterday afternoon about 3:30pm and arrived this morning at about 10:30am. Standard postage. Very impressed with the price (reduced another 15% for new customers) and the fast dispatch / delivery. Would recommend.
