Service & delivery was prompt, however your website still does not offer the Customer loyalty discount that is received in the shop - I have mentioned this previously but nothing has changed.
Great customer service! I first used my cigara in December after being recommended them by a friend for speedy delivery and quality products. This led me to be surprised when after a couple of weeks my order had not arrived, however was quite understanding of any delays due to covid and it being around Christmas time. So I emailed the company for an update. I received prompt responses from Noreen, who sent out my order again. Unfortunately the coils I ordered were out of stock, received the rest of the items I’d ordered the following day and then received the coils only one day after through Royal Mail special delivery! Great customer service to turn around what could have potentially been a bad experience resulting in me not using them again. I will definitely use again following my experience and cannot wait to visit the store when they are able to open! Thank you.

Website seems ok. Good prices and free delivery, however the store, or at least my local store, just seem to make prices up on the spot and are always way more expensive than online.
Order was dispatched on 4th January and still no order and now Friday 8th January. Not impressed, before my orders have always been good but not this time.
Since sending an email the company apologised that I had not received my order and gave me a full refund.

Quick dispatch! Golden Original liquid tastes great; no sickly sweet after-tsste.
Ordered a vape and received on new year eve, less than a day later it stopped working, contacted customer care who advised I had to send back at my own expense to get a replacement. Due to the fact the item is faulty I don’t see why I should be covering the return delivery cost, certainly after only a short period of owning the item! Very bad service and the item itself is useless as stands.

The first time i ordered I queried why in-store discounts weren't available on line. MyCigara responded with a good-will discount code but when I tried to use the code, it was not accepted. I emailed a complaint which fell on deaf ears and i didnt even get an acknowledgement!!
Second time i ordered, i waited for about 5 days before enquiring where the order was. MyCigara response was that they weren't sure what happened there and i posted it out again. Understandable error you might think except the same happened on the first order and i had to chase before i got it.
No confidence at all in MyCigara website ordering and customer care system hence the one star.
Sent me the wrong order. Emailed repeatedly - ignored
