Not gonna write a long ahh review. All i gotta say is this the best shipping agent in the world for now. I been ordering from china for so long and have experience with multiple agents, and honestly i am in love with mycnbox. It stands out as best in terms of everything : prices, giveaways, customer service, affiliate system and etc.

They are 100% real and they ship fast and they don’t have big shipping fees.

It is 2026 and I still have not received my package that was shipped in September 2025. MyCNBox has a “compensation” policy if after 30 days no movement you get insured value of your package credited to your account. What makes this policy absolutely useless is they say you have to PAY IT BACK if by some random chance your package is found or have movement. That is not compensation especially considering it might be over half year later than originally advertised that you may receive your package. As a customer, how are you supposed to move forward if there’s a chance you may owe a bunch of money based on something that is completely out of your control? Is the compensation not supposed to cover the poor customer experience of not receiving their package? Even worse this “compensation” doesn’t even include the costly shipping costs. Having to pay it back is such a lazy and cheap form of customer recourse. I think the worst part of this all is even if I miraculously receive this package well after the advertised shipping window and pay back the compensation there’s no acknowledgment of the poor customer experience from mycnbox. They got their money either way so why would they aim to improve the customer experience? Wild because I am fully prepared to move on and take the shipping costs as a lost and order more stuff but not with the chance of having to owe a bunch of money on stuff that at this point I don’t even want anymore. Youre supposed to be a reliable service but how can that be if you all think such a experience is acceptable. There should be a time limit on the compensation being paid back at least. If 100 days go by then no need to pay back. That would be better that this hollow attempt at “making it right for the customer”
