Purchased a particular design and received something entirely different and unwanted. Brought it to Comfy Shirt's attention on several occasions with pictures and screen shots but only received an unresponsive response. It is now 3 months later without any attempt to correct their mistake or issue a refund. Total scam artists. Never again.
Double charged, returned the product after 1 months of shopping the original purchase, and never issued a credit.
Terrible service and poor customer service. Like those below i received the wrong shirt the wrong color and promises of replacing 12 weeks later still nothing , promise promise promise but no action.
I never got any response to multiple requests via different channels for cancellation of my order before it had shipped.
I'm not opening the package I received, so I can RTS, but there's no chance that it could physically contain the number/size of shirts that I ordered so I'm certain they're deficient in at least one regard.
I disputed the charge on my credit card after figuring out how questionable this entire operation is, and I have reported their ads to fb/google as being fraudulent.
Running a total scam..they ship garbage that's nothing like the pictures..I spent almost $100.00 Canadian for cleaning rags..the owner of the domain should be ashamed of herself..but I doubt she has any morals or ethics as she knows full well it's garbage..email and voice messages never get replied to..
They sent the wrong size and the blouse had a stain on it. They would not send a return label as they refuse to pay return postage even when it is their fault - the return address is in Canada! Appalling customer service - every time I emailed the reply seemed to be automated, as what I had said previously was totally ignored and they just kept repeating company policy! Would never ever buy from them again!
Very bad quality not the same as pictures buyer beware don't trust china this is a scam the show you something beautiful but they give you a garbage they know the return will stop us to send it back because the cost is too much just don't buy
