Order not received (placed in February)

I placed my order in February, it’s almost May and I still haven’t received it. I tried contacting via e-mail twice and no one answers. Very disappointing. I ordered something last year and the wait on the order was very long as well, but at least someone replied back then and made sure my order was on the way. I tried giving the brand a second chance since I love the material so much, but my experience now is so disappointing that I won’t be coming back.

Just received my shoes!!!

Just received my shoes!!!! 3 sizes small than what I ordered!!!! No paperwork or returns details! What am I supposed to do with them! They are useless to me and are my Christmas present from my husband! So disappointed!

Stay away from My Comfy Wear

Did not get my order! It has been 6 weeks now, no one replies. Tried to contact the shop via mail and Instagram Direct Message and no one answers or tries to help...
Really disappointing, don't buy something here!!

Very slow shipment of order

Fast responding customer service but they are very slow to ship your package. My experience is that they withdraw the money before the package is sent, which is not a correct procedure (illegal)..

I am so happy with the comfy wear. I ordered the grey boyfriend hoodie and the matching shorts and I AM IN LOVE.🫶🏼 Such good quality and so so comfy. It is how it looks! Also, Anna is such a nice contact to help with ordering if any troubles!! I want to order the Pyjama soon too! Can really recommend! 💘💘🪩 10/10!

Love the quality, brand and fit!

I ordered from mycomfywear twice now and I love the quality, the fit and the overall vibe. I am from Germany, which means I order to Germany everytime and even the shipping works perfectly. Love everything!
