I agree this company is a scam. No telephone number, no reply to emails. IT IS NOT A UK CO. GOODS ARE DIRECT FROM CHINA. If you are lucky to received them just hope you don't need to return them for a refund. I am complaining to a media company in the hope this can be looked into. Anyone any other suggestions? Update. Have now had the usual email reply which everyone one gets but is a complete fake. Have flagged this company with Trustpilot, Action Fraud, National Cyber Security Centre. Received a reply, need to send photo of the product which is a hassle but have sent a photo. 25/3 Have got return address in China. To post is nearly as much as the product but the principle is worth it so posted today. Watch this space. Now 27th April. One month later. Tracking says the returned product is with Chinese customs still. Perhaps there is no company in China for them to deliver to, anyone's guess. Making a claim with Royal Mail now but they need an email for supposed office in China, not given one by MCL. MCL co. response below by the way sounds good but there is no customer service.My Chinese Accupuncturist found email for China co. for return claims, not allowed to put it here, but there is one you just need a Chinese friend. My Chinese friend in China rang the company in China, got their email which I needed to claim from Royal Mail. Just got a cheque back from Royal Mail with an apology. They do not know what has happened to the company in China. No customer service from Mycosmeticslondon, their supposed email apology is a SCAM.
