Bought a projector took it out of…

Bought a projector took it out of packaging, plugged it in and the bulb blew immediately, great service sent me a replacement used it for probably the 5th time and the plug exploded into bits flying across my room , luckily nobody was injured... This could have been so different so got in touch with Cozytime and on the third or fourth attempt was told that too much time had passed (less than 3 months) for a refund end of conversation! So watch this space I am not going anywhere!!!
