I've been using MyDesigns for a few months now, and it has completely changed the way I create and sell products (especially custom products). The platform is user-friendly and incredibly efficient, making the design process a breeze. What really stands out for me is the customer service - they're always quick to respond and incredibly helpful. Highly recommend to anyone looking to streamline their sales process

I paid for the 30 dollar monthly subscription plan, and i cannot publish listings due to a bug on there end! Its been over 4 days and it hasn't been fixed! I have had nothing but problems using them since sept!

I did sign up for this service a year ago, found it to be unusable, but paid for a year anyway. I am sure this company has the technology to see that my account hasn't been touched in over a year. I did not realize that they use the sneaky tactic of yearly billing without any future consent or advisement that a new billing period has arrived. I contacted them within one day of the new yearly bill to ask that my account be canceled and refunded. They were very rude and flat-out refused to even consider it. I have now paid them almost $400 for a service I NEVER USED. This is very upsetting.
EDITED: The company owner did offer to refund the fee. Hopefully they will honor this.

So far my experience is great! the software has so many features, create designs with IA, great mockups , bulk creation and upload, canvas system design, it saves a lot of time when you want to create and upload in bulk .

We had a terrible experience with Mydesigns.io. The tag feature was not helpful at all since all the tags are rubbish. Cancelling (tried 3 browsers) did also not work (how convenient). I am glad we did not use my credit card directly, but PayPal. We were given no refund even though the promised features did not work properly and we barely used it.
