Scam with fake promotions

Scammed through facebook promoted content. They advertised a deal, upon entering you could give a feedback for a pasta company and after finishing it you could win a box full of pasta. They charged 2 Euros for the delivery. 3 days later they charged the 38 Euros of payment for their "prime" service. At no point this was mentioned in the forms.
