Divorce is hard enough, and we have to do a review 1st

I don't like this website!! I don't recommend anyone to trust this website!! They don't have good customer services and they are a scam!!

The process seems easy so far, however the system prompting me to do the review prior to completion makes it harder to provide an accurate review at this time which will most likely result in getting more stars.

Very pleased how things went. Quick and easy

Answering questions is easy. Instructions are easy. But once your done it gets difficult. Forms are ready to print but now im forced to give a review etc. Before i can pull forms up.

If I could make this a minus 1, I would. Called many times with Company just hanging up. I finally got thru and the customer service rep., helping said if I need help to go online. Duh...No service at all. Now, will try to get a refund for the Platinum Service that I didnt get so don't know how that will turn out. DO NOT GET THIS DIVORCE SERVICE CAUSE THERE ISN'T ANY!! LOST $438. What a waste of money, time and Stressful!!!

I initially paid $167 for MyDivorcePapers to create divorce documents for an uncontested divorce with no children or shared assets. Then I paid an additional $299 for the Platinum Service, so that MyDivorcePapers would file my case with my county and serve my spouse. I paid for the service on 4/28/21. I received the paper documents for signing on 5/20/21 and mailed them back using the enclosed label on 5/24/21. On 6/4/21 I emailed the support desk to ask about the case status. On 6/9/21 they responded to say that my documents had been received on 5/28/21 and were in review, a process that typically takes 8-10 business days. As 6/9 was the 8th business day from 5/28, I assumed the documents would be filed the following week at the latest.

I've called and emailed support multiple times, and Alan - the only person I've ever spoken to - always tells me the documents are still in review and offers no explanation. Finally, on 7/19/21 as I explained, again, to Alan how long I had been waiting he asked "What do you want me to do?" Refund me, Alan, I give up. He stated that I could initiate the refund process via the customer support email, which I did.

Support responded that my 30 day refund window from date of purchase had expired and they were unable to help me. I have responded to that email explaining that the services were never rendered and in fact I had not even received the documents until nearly 30 days after payment.

I've also initiated a dispute with my financial institution to attempt to recoup the funds.

My Divorcepapers.com is the most reliable and fastest service i have ever seen, excellent.
