Fab customer service
I just wanted to say a big thank you to My Dream Party Shop for their amazing service at such short notice. I came across them on google, messaged them via whatsapp regarding a balloon order at short notice and received a reply within a couple of minutes. They sent over a range of photos and links to their website with different options for me and within 10 minutes I had placed my order. I collected them within a couple of hours and they look beautiful. I can't recommend them enough. Suzanne was so helpful and accommodating at short notice and I really appreciated the amazing service. I will be back!

Suzanne was incredible! She made sure she took the time to understand my requirements and worked hard (and very honestly!) to provide a wonderful backdrop for my daughters birthday party within my budget. It is rare to find suppliers who save you money but Suzanne was very honest in telling me what would not even be noticed by guests and an unnecessary cost!
The actual backdrop itself was so lovely and cute! It fit the disney theme my daughter wanted perfectly.
I would 100% use Suzanne's service again. Thank you so much Suzanne!

The letter balloons (Happy Birthday) rubbish.
Poor instructions- had to YouTube how to inflate. The self closing valves tore on 2 out of the 4 I tried to inflate- obviously can’t use any of them!!
Not worth it- no time for plan B for birthday tomorrow

Hi Jacqui I have just received your review. I am terribly sorry that you had problems with this product on this occasion. We have been selling these kits for over 7 years and never had any issues with it. The balloons come with a straw for inflation and you simply insert and blow gently and then seal them its very simple and straight forward so I think that is why there are no instructions. If you do come across an issue with this type of product it is generally that the seal has not worked not that it has torn. Party Deco are a quality brand and we do not have any issues with them normally. I suspect that you might have over inflated them which is why they have torn. I am sorry that you have had issues. If you needed guidance we would have happily helped you and would have replied quickly. I will refund you straight away for the inconvenience the last thing that I would ever want is someone to be let down by our products. We have an excellent trustpilot rating that we have achieved over 7 years by offering consistently good products and customer service and I am really sorry that we haven't achieved this on this occasion. Beautiful Balloons, Excellent Customer Service
Suzanne was absolutely brilliant. Really helpful when deciding what balloon display to go for and the balloons well what can I say! They are fabulous, they look stunning and the extra detail on the bases of them over and above elsewhere are stunning. I’ve been a loyal customer, making purchases twice a year for 5 years. This time was an unfortunate experience. Miscommunication led to an incorrect order.

HI Tasha I am really upset by your review you have been very happy to place 10 orders from me over the years without any issues and have left me excellent reviews in the past so surely you should have been able to speak to me about any issue instead of just jumping to leave a bad review?. I am still at a loss as to what the issue actually is as you received exactly what you ordered and paid for so it was not an incorrect order, instead I think you were disappointed with what you decided to order as you decided not to increase your budget on this occasion? As a small independant company we rely on our good reviews and I have worked extremely hard over the last 8 years to build excellent relationships with lovely customers who trust me completely. I have the right as a company to defend myself especially when the misunderstanding is at your end. You ordered a number of balloons without helium on the website so with the extra helium charge the order would have come to £43.00. I gave you a variety of alternative options to come within your £30.00 - £35.00 budget which meant changing and reducing your original order. You clearly told me what you wanted to order but after your husband collected you started bombarding me with a series of angry, accusatory texts saying that you hadn't received what you orderd. You didn't want to listen to any reply and then silenced your notifications. I sent you the email trail to show you exactly what you said to me which matches what you received. I think the problem maybe that you havent received the same amount of balloons that you normally do for your children's orders ie. one number and a trio but on this occasion your child has now turned 11 so the price of two numbers balloons is higher than a single number obviously so your budget hasn't gone as far. I have really appreciated your business over the years but this isn't the first time that you haven't read things clearly and have exploded and started shouting at me and not apologise when you realised that you were in the wrong. I have worked with thousands of customers over the years and you are the only person who has ever shouted at me or been rude. I have bent over backwards on multiple occasions to fast track your orders and turn them around at short notice when you have needed my help for which you were really grateful at the time. I am disappointed that you have chosen to leave a poor review on this occasion instead of reaching out and saying that you still don't understand, I would have been happy to give you a few more balloons or sorted any issue out another way had you had the curtesy to speak to me. I am sorry that we won't be working together in the future. Note that you have also edited your review from a 2 to a 1 star and made 3 edits yourself which has now reduced my score from 4.9 which I have had for over 8 years to a 4.8. I have edited to reduce the overall wording and correct some typos and to increase my defence of your review but I stand by everything I have said. With Best wishes Suzanne
