I used this website and was charged $34.99 for a 3-year uncertified driver abstract. After purchasing, I found out that the exact same abstract costs only $12–$15 when ordered directly from the official Ontario government (ServiceOntario).

This is not a government website — it’s a third-party service that heavily overcharges for something you can get much cheaper yourself. The website is misleading and makes it easy to think you’re ordering from an official source.

I feel taken advantage of and would not recommend this site. Order directly from ServiceOntario instead and save your money.

I paid twice and did not get a single abstract. Take a quick scan of the contact information page. You will realize that you cannot contact these people. The phone number provided goes direct to an answering machine which repeats itself every 20-30 seconds. You cannot leave a message. The phone number has been made deliberately this way to avoid fielding calls. There are 3-4 different emails to contact for "sales," "billing", "support" and "general communication," but I have not gotten any responses. I will sadly have to dispute these claims with my credit card company. Use the MTO website and you will be able to get an abstract for half of the price. You can't find them on the Better Business Bureau Directory which is unfortunate as well. Stay away if you manage to read this prior to paying.

It's been over 3 months and I haven't received it, despite the website saying you'll receive it "in seconds". The phone number on the receipt is very deceptive, it says to leave a message after the beep. I started leaving a message, and then while im talking it says "leave a message after the beep" and beeps again. So I restarted my message and once again and after a short while does the same thing. Most likely many people thought they left a message and hung up not realizing it just a recording on a loop and the company never got it, by design. Report them to your credit card company, this is pure fraud.

I paid for this service. False advertising not I minutes or hrs!! I STILL Haven't received it!!!

Ok I received it. But not in minutes. More like 3 - 4 hrs.

These "people" charge 3x the amount of what it costs to do it yourself. It's an absolute joke

Yeah i ordered it and got my abstract might be a scam tho. it might not work for you as nothing in life is free. but for me it worked

I ordered a drivers abstract that I paid for but did not receive. There is no number to call and after repeated emails to inquire, still no return communication! Apparently some people pay for and receive their abstract and others pay for but receive nothing. I guess it’s a gamble as opposed to a legitimate purchase! Use at your own risk!!

I had ordered my CVOR record and last week and have not received it, was not even in the spam folder which they say to check. Called and it said to leave your driver license number and we will email it to you. still not received. The phone system also does not let you leave a message as no one answers the phone. I went to Service Ontario and had to get one from there.

Got it within minutes, proper information. Great, for the price. Thanks mydrivingabstract! I moved out of province, so this saved me SO much trouble and hassel with Service Ontario.

Was scared as I thought it would only be obtainable through my DMV (Service Ontario) but they just it faxed from them so no problem. I also ordered it at like 2 am EST and still got it almost instantly so it's definitely an automatic service.

Excellent service, very fast and convenient.
