I don’t usually write a review or give any feedback, but feel that I must, after such workmanship and dedication shown by EC Roofing SE.
The whole experience was exceptional and beyond.
Jason, Jo and Dom were genuine, friendly, reassuring and dedicated in converting my old conservatory roof into a beautiful ceiling room.
It was completed with great detail and expertise within a short amount of time.
I would highly recommend this wonderful team, you will not be disappointed.

Avoid this company at all costs. Very well known in the area to be pulling off jobs before completion and taking payments and not returning. I left the firm due to witnessing multiple customers be left with unfinished work and unliveable housing conditions. The boss did not pay CIS tax deductions for staff and some outstanding wages. I have been blocked on social media and my other reviews removed from FB, Google and Yell. All reviews online are dated the same day/time and entirely fake.

Got roof done by eco roofing job ok till ridge tile comes loose 5 weeks later still no repair done yes someone came out said he would come back never seen him again I wish I had went elsewhere as trying to get warranty repairs done is a joke I mean the manager stays 5 minutes from my house

I did work for eco roof which I was not paid for. Boarded the back and front of a property that was then passed off which was then rendered. There was qualms with the renderer but my work was passed off. Materials were never on time on jobs plus had alot of customers complaining to myself. DO NOT DO ANY WORK FOR THIS COMPANY. Disgraceful.

Lack of communication.
Jobs half finished, no updates on when works will be completed. Continuous empty promises.

My grandma had a hard sale from this company and I have a many concerns. Firstly and this will effect any older person looking at equity release. She had to have her roof removed and totally replaced. No mortgage company or bank will consider a loan or mortgage on a property whilst foam is in the loft. She paid £5400 to have it installed and £8000 to replace the roof replaced. WHERE HAS SHE SAVED MONEY!

Secondly, what are the money savings claims based on insulation based on. What is the evidence? Surely the loft joists Insulation is all you need. Rafters insulation will only help the loft space. Most households do not live in the loft.

Thirdly, claims about air purity are only relevant if you are again living in the loft. £5000+ for the insulation vs £100 for a air purifier.

In the wild west they had quick doctors selling you something you do not need. Is this the same. I am looking for a reasoned debate on the above.

Good work, prompt once a bit too early. Very professional workmanship with attention to detail with timber rectification work done first. Good at cleaning up.

Hopefully we will be able to give a better review when we have had a winter with it, when we should see the difference.

Good job done eventually, seemed in a bit of a rush so had to come back to finish the job properly, overhaul pleased with the result.

The My ECO Roof product has reduced heating costs and reduced out side noise. I would recommend this product to other people.

This company quoted to repair our roof externally and insulate the roof space inside. We had a terrible experience. Had to have the landing and stair carpet professionally cleaned as they ruined it (although they did pay). One roofer claimed he was finished and hadn't actually replaced any broken tiles at all (which was the job to be done). They did then send a second roofer who was much better, but he still claimed he was finished before he was! If you get involved, just go for the insulation otherwise they just sub-contract roofing jobs and the contractors just don't seem to care.

They got into gear quickly, did an excellent job, and left everything tidy. The job did overrun by two days, however. I put this down to them underestimating the scale of the work involved rather than indolence. The product is excellent and I can really tell the difference. Everyone should have an Eco Roof.

The company provided an excellent and very prompt service and the insulation has already proved to be very effective. There was a fairly major problem arising out of the installation but the company accepted full liability for the problem and arranged for an immediate reinstatement

From start to finish the service and product has been seam free. Thank you very much!

I'm very happy with the recent installation of my spray foam loft insulation. The price was competitive and really impressed with the finished product. Service was professional from quote to final install.

Fantastic service, really pleased with my loft and we have noticed a massive difference in our heating already. Highly recommend to anyone considering to use these guys.

Whereas a huge competition has developed over eco-friendly forms of generating electricity, and hence cheaper ways of heating our houses, My ECO ROOF addresses an even more important component, namely that of more effectively insulating the House rook, and hence the house against both heat and cold.. Although not cheap. The service was excellent and the product is superb..It keeps both internal heat in and external heat out of the house, and thus keeps the house warmer in winter and cooler in summer than it would be othewise.

Great customer service and delivery all hassle free. Product is good value I look forward to seeing the drop in my electricity bills
