Teachers abilities
The teaching was great and Hannah stops to properly teach students who are struggling. What I myself really like about her teaching is all the material she has given us in extra materials and she goes through how to effectively use them when we revise. These notes were very very helpful and solidified my knowledge. Overall she is a great teacher as she spends the time and effort to help us outside of lesson times as well as inside.

Manny is honestly a really good teacher. He's able to go at a steady space which makes me understand what is happening during the exam master classes and his ability to make something like chemistry fun and quite easy to understand makes me feel happy and not too left behind.

Live, interactive, engaging lessons with participation via anonymous chat box. Excellent quality workbooks to download matched to each lesson which students complete during the lesson. Matched to UK curriculum in schools so consolidates and reinforces learning at school. My girls love the lessons, they are quite shy and like the format, as they can ask questions without fear, by hiding behind anonymity. Although this has actually resulted in them having more confidence to contribute to lessons in school! It has resulted in better grades at school for both children. It has also encouraged a mature attitude to managing their own studies, as they log in at the correct time unprompted! Same team of tutors all year so there is continuity and a working relationship between student and tutor. My girls like the challenge of seeing if they can answer correctly in the chat box first, or get praise for what they wrote verbally by the tutor. They gain insight into other ideas from the contributions of other children in the class which enhances it further, the group aspect is a bonus not just in making it more affordable. Tutors really know their stuff and have excellent teaching skills. Lessons are all recorded so students can catch up if they miss one, but there is a fixed timetable so other events can be planned around MES most of the time. Very good value for money, I would definetely recommend. I wish it had been around for my older children.

I have been using MyEdspace for my retaking of Maths and Biology.
All I can say is I have been non stop recommending to those who are doing A levels or even GCSES.
The maths lessons in particular literally simplify over complicated topics and genuinely equip you on how to approach answers as opposed to just knowing how to do certain methods.
The homework’s are the best tool they could make, placing a variety of questions in one place that upon completion you feel as through you can see any question about that topic.
The biology lessons are great for understanding and the consistent use of specific language and words makes things so easy to pick up and make a habit of using yourself.
On top of this, the value for money is just incredible with tutoring like this usually costing 10x more.
I truly believe this is the future of revison and maybe even learning

A bad start for timing
The timings were horrible because I came back home only when they started the lesson, so I had no rest. Some classes were boring, but some were amazing. Having 2 hours per day did not give me enough time for studying. The teachers were great.
